They provide complimentary water. There are two nearby stations. If you stay in your room until around 10am for 4 nights and 3 nights, the cleaning staff will change your towels on the second day! It might be difficult if you're not in your room... I had a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the shower! The air conditioner worked just fine! The guy at the front desk was kind and listened to anything I asked! Thank you very much!

I made a reservation on the day of departure. There was only a single room without a window, so I chose a twin room. It was about a 10-minute walk from Jongno 3-ga Station on Line 1. The hotel is along Cheonggyecheon, and my room was on the 7th floor right in front of Cheonggyecheon. I arrived in the evening and checked the water pressure and temperature of the shower, but the hot water didn't come out for a while, but it came out after a while, but the water pressure was a little weak. There was a bathtub and the toilet was separate, so it was good. The room had Wi-Fi, a TV, a closet, a kettle, a refrigerator, etc. In the bathroom, there was a rinse-in shampoo, body soap, and a small soap. There were no bath towels, but there were four regular towels. Mineral water was available for free in the refrigerator next to the front desk. There were two elevators, so there was no waiting time. When I returned to my room at night, I didn't notice it during the day, but the electricity in the room was off and it was dark. Also, the air conditioning didn't work at all, so it was hot. I told the front desk and they came to take a look and changed the light bulb, but the room was very dark at night. It was the first time I'd ever been in such a dark room. Only the bathroom was bright. When I told them the air conditioning wasn't working, they brought out a fan from the closet and that was it. I've been in cold rooms many times, but it was the first time I'd been in a room where the air conditioning wasn't working that well. This is how I felt, but I don't know about other rooms and I'm sure everyone's impressions are different, so just take it as reference.

There was a sign at the door saying that it must be cleaned, but when I came back, I saw that the sign had been turned to the do not disturb side.
