Conrad Seoul

Came to Seoul for a shopping trip with friends and considered several hotels. Conrad had the biggest rooms and was conveniently located. They arranged a high-floor room with a direct view of the Han River for us, and most importantly, the service quality was exceptional. During our stay, I accidentally cut my finger, and it wouldn't stop bleeding. The front desk duty manager spent over half an hour in the middle of the night helping us find a suitable hospital. Afterwards, they even assisted me with the insurance claim documents. I'm truly grateful. It would have been perfect if the breakfast was a bit better. Also, the in-room water dispenser was super convenient! I forgot to take a picture, but I'm curious what brand it was.

The room with a river view offers a comfortable vista, also overlooking a modern shopping mall, blending nature with urban convenience. Nearby, there's a fantastic BBQ restaurant (on the first basement floor of an office building). During the May Day holiday, even though the hotel was fully booked, breakfast service was still well-organized. I saw many Westerners, and the staff were very polite. Plus, there were some tall, handsome guys (Oppa)!

This hotel is right next to The Hyundai Seoul and IFC Mall, and also close to Han River Park. However, getting to other places is quite inconvenient; taking a taxi to areas like Gangnam is a nightmare due to traffic. The service was good, but you can definitely feel that the facilities are a bit dated. 🤷‍♀️

The only downside was the lack of Chinese-speaking staff and the absence of firm pillows. Facilities: OK Cleanliness: Excellent Ambiance: Great Environment: Everything was top-notch. However, there were no Chinese-speaking staff members; even the lobby staff didn't understand Chinese.

This is my second time choosing Conrad, and the quality is still top-notch, definitely worth staying. The service is excellent too; it's a brand you can trust.

This hotel is super convenient! It's directly connected to the shopping mall via Metro Lines 5 and 9. The front desk lady was beautiful and provided warm, attentive service. The executive lounge offers exquisite dinners with a beautiful view of Nanshan's night scenery. The smart room controls are a really thoughtful touch, and the room views are absolutely stunning!

The hotel is decent, and the location is fantastic – IFC is right downstairs from the elevator. However, the facilities are a bit dated. It's a good choice for a business hotel.
