This hotel has its reception on the 7th floor. There is nothing at ground floor to tell you that you are in the right place so it can take ages to find. There was a pool of vomit outside a room in the morning. I alerted reception to it at 7am and again at 8am. By 9:30am it was still there. Disgusting! Also the singing from the bar downstairs was loud and woke me up. It finally finished at 3am. Terrible! The carpet in the room looks worn and the room feels like it badly needs a makeover. I had a prepaid booking there for three days later but I cut my losses and booked at First Stay instead, which is only 50 meters away and is far, far superior. You should do the same!

Great shower and bidet. Excellent location. Not the easiest entrance to find. Pillows too soft. Bit noisy downstairs. Emergency sign inside door of room 1007 let far too much light in the room. Ask the hotel not to give you a room with emergency sin. Breakfast was good.

Proximity to business center of work, and it has a great ambiance.

This hotel is located near by international airport train stations and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and pubs. Especially, the provided breakfast was very good so I'd like to recommend this free breakfast. The carpet looks a little dirty but others are all good enough to be satisfied.

Stayed here for business as I had a meeting nearby. Hotel was in a good location with plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. No complaints about the room or service. Would yay again if in the area.

There were holes in the sheets, there were mosquito bites on the first and second nights, the air conditioner made noises in the room, there were many anonymous tapes on the ceiling, there were few breakfast options, and the waiters didn't understand English at all.

This was the third hotel during my trip to Korea. I chose it specifically closer to Incheon airport. Because it takes 2 hours to drive from Myeongdong. It's an hour's drive from the airport, very convenient. The breakfast is very tasty, especially the soup. Good bed, blankets, towels. They even cleaned up our place, considering that we were there for two nights. The downsides are karaoke and the noisy street below. And you can hear it even on the 12th floor. If, of course, you, like us, walk until you drop, then everything is fine, you fall asleep anyway. But if you are not tired, it will be difficult to sleep. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby where you can sit and eat. The store is right next to the entrance. But, if you plan to go sightseeing, then this hotel is a bit far away. By metro it takes an hour or an hour and a half to Mendon, to Lotte World. But before the airport, if there is an early flight, it’s good. It's generally 15 minutes to the gimpo.

Because we moved in in early April, the air conditioner failed to start. It would have been reasonable and comfortable to open the windows, but the music playing on the street downstairs was extremely loud and lasted until 1 to 2 in the morning. It was really too nuisance.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and close to the station, but I wish they'd forgive the noise for the price. The music outside was very loud until 2am, which was quite a problem. Even though I was on the 9th floor! It's in a drinking district, so young women should be careful as there are people smoking everywhere.

The hotel front desk is very professional, the service is very enthusiastic, the decoration of the hotel is good, suitable for business travel, next time I come for business trip, I will continue to choose here. Recommend to everyone.

The room facilities are a bit old, but they are clean and the air conditioning is OK. We have added free breakfast service, thank you very much. The street downstairs is full of drinking shops and people drinking. I don’t know if it’s because of the end of the year, but it’s very noisy. The emergency exit lights in the room were too bright.
