I booked this hotel because it was super close to Lotte world. Everything was great for one night and I found great lunch options nearby (didn't really explore but there's a lot to choose from it looks like). Only thing that I'll consider for next time is that food delivery apps drivers must leave the orders in the lobby for pickup by guests. But that's honestly not a big issue and I'll definitely come back if the price is right.

The location was convenient - under 10min walk to Lotte World Adventure/Mall/Tower and many restaurants and convenience store. The superior double room was on the smaller size for two people. No amenities were provided (except for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels - remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and etc. Bath robes seemed well used. Breakfast was 12,000 won (discounted price if you paid a day in advance). Food was decent for the price. Overall, service was good. The hotel offered a 20% coupon to the coffee shop next door (Oodo 55 coffee) and luggage storage service prior to check in and after check out.

Quite a let down. Like a love motel than 4 star hotel. Semi see through toilet & shower, not appropriate for family or friends who are sharing room. Wash basin is oddly in the sleep area directly facing the bed.

I was introduced to this hotel by an acquaintance at a live show at KSPO DOME and stayed here for 3 nights. The front desk staff were all fluent in Japanese and were very kind, which I was very impressed with. There were two bottles of water in the fridge in the room, and there is a 7-Eleven and CU nearby. The limousine bus stop from the airport is also about a 10-minute walk away, so it was easily accessible. They also arranged a taxi for me, and although I was unfamiliar with Korea, I was able to have a comfortable stay!! I'll definitely use your services again when I visit Korea again. Thank you!

The room was okay, but the front desk clerk kept telling us not to smoke, knowing that we were Chinese. The location is good, next to Lotte and Chamoido.

The room is very good, clean and tidy, and the hotel is in a good location in the city center. It is very convenient to take a taxi, subway, and bus to go anywhere.

The room was very clean. I was able to leave my luggage there before check-in. The staff at the front desk spoke Japanese, so I was able to communicate smoothly!

After leaving Lotte World, I went on foot. It was a walking distance even for a 9-year-old child. It was close to Seokchon Lake, so it was a good commercial area. The facilities were clean and I was satisfied. After checking out, I walked half way around Seokchon Lake and went home. Satisfied Satisfied
