Very friendly staff and super chill location. Tucked away from the busy Hongdae area but still very accessible on foot. The patio shaded by bamboo is a really nice touch. Definitely would stay again.

I chose this guesthouse because it was close to Hongdae (about 10 minds by walk) and very cheap. I was worried before making a reservation bc there were some bad reviews. But it turns out to be the best decision I've ever made! Everything was neat and organized, and the view was really good. There were a lot of non tourist places and neighborhood is quiet and safe. The staff lady was super nice and gave me the free meal coupon for the local restaurant. I will def stay here if I ever come back to South Korea :))

The hotel is relatively old, and the location is about a 15-minute walk from the Hongdae business district. However, there is a bus nearby. The room is quite clean, and I feel good about owning a house. It feels good. The most important thing is that Ms. Tan, who serves at the front desk, is from Hong Kong. She can speak Cantonese, is polite, and provides considerate service. She is like a friend. She will provide a lot of assistance. I will come back to Liya next time.
