The dirt is not so much due to lack of cleaning, but rather due to the age of the facility. For example, the towels. They are yellowed. But they don't seem to have been left unwashed. It also has other advantages, such as spaciousness, a good location, and low cost. It might be good for people who can keep one eye closed.

This is a motel for couples for one night without renovation for the last 20 years, without cleaning the rooms and with real questions about the sanitary condition. Photos do not correspond to reality. The only plus is the location.

The location is pretty good, but it’s really dirty and poor🫠

It's close to the station and the surrounding area is very convenient, but the inside is old 😂 The wallpaper is peeling and the bathtub is old, but I guess that's to be expected since they prioritized cheap prices. There was dust in small places, so it probably wouldn't suit people who are particular about cleanliness. Other than that, they provided bathrobes, the front desk was on duty 24 hours a day, and the staff were very kind. You can even walk to Hongdae from Shinchon, so it was convenient 🙆♀️

The room facilities are relatively old. It feels like the decoration design of the 1980s and 1990s. The hygiene is also average. But it is cheap. The location is excellent. It is only a two-minute walk from the Xincun subway station. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun nearby. If the budget is not too high, you can consider it, but lower your expectations.
