The room is nice, and happy that to have the free upgrade.

The hotel is clean and nice. The location is not too bad, just 2 metro stations away from the buzzing myeong street. The breakfast are good too.

Good location, and there are many restaurants nearby. There is a shuttle bus stop of Incheon airport in front of the hotel. It's very handy that there is a washing machine/dryer in the room. However, it is a pain in the **** that you have to book to use the pool, and you can only book once a day per room. A couple won't always go swimming at the same time. There are only two lifts in the hotel room tower. You have to be patient. The perfume in the lobby was a bit pungent.

Very comfortable stay. The hotel is 5mins walk from the DDP station and close to all the late night shopping malls.

Excellent location and vibe. Our room with 3 single beds is perfect for family. The only problem is the sensory light was always on in the middle of the light when we were asleep. The indoor pool was great too. Toilet and bathroom was spacious enough!

The hotel is close to MRT and it is only few stations away from Myeong-Dong so location is good and it has a good swimming pool too. This is a family friendly hotel.

The hotel amenities were great for families especially for young kids. We booked the deluxe king room and it’s so spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly and our kids enjoyed the playroom a lot. The bathroom sink is a little clogged and smells a bit in the morning but otherwise everything is good.

Back again here. Nice hotel and location is convenient nearby dongdaenam station which is usual tour pick up point.

The hotel was clean and the facilities was very good with kids playarea, indoor swimming pool. it would be perfect if the staff would to be more friendly and welcoming. Location is good, near subway and close to airport bus station.

Near the subway, some late night shopping and food places. Note that you need a swimming cap, didn’t know that if you want to use the pool.

The three single bedded room has very shaky beds that could fall off easily. The swimming pool had very weird rules especially when you needed to buy a swimming cap just in order to swim and the outdoor pool was only allowed to 19 years old and above

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Wherever you live in DDP DONT choose this hotel. I lived here 6 nights and had the most unpleasant stay. They don’t provide toothbrushes and shaving kits. The whole room only consists of one box of tissue by the sink. The ventilation are connected to the bathroom lights so you can’t switch either one off on its own hence, noisy all the time. The lights in the room were so dim, and there was always a knocking noise from the window every 5-10mins, all night. You also need to book for everything you do here, breakfast, pool service, I’m not sure about the gym. The last night I ordered room service and it took a whole hour to arrive. And it arrived cold! The next day (checkout day) I got stomach poisoning and puked serveral times. They didn’t allow late checkout so I had no where to go because of my stomachache. I tried to lay by the pool and they had an employee come to question me asking if I had a reservation for the pool as I am not allowed to use it as it is for guests only (Mind you the pool was empty I was bothering no one). They asked me and my partner to leave, and sit somewhere else. They even said we weren’t guests anymore because we had already just checked out. So so disappointed and wished I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Definitely a no next time for me.

The trip was excellent. The hotel service was great. Location was great too.

The 3 single beds room which we booked were really big and there's a microwave oven, cooker, washing machine etc. The toilet is big and really convenient for 3 ladies to stay together. We loved the scent of the shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash and body lotion. The house keeping staffs really did a very great job in cleaning the room on daily basis. Thank you very much. For the location, it is more convenient to take public buses to Namdaemun, Hannam-dong, Myeongdong etc. The only negative was the strawberry and the milk we bought was frozen after placing in the fridge overnight. Other than that, we really enjoyed and will return to stay again.
