Was quite disappointed with the hotel as it is very old. The sliding door is shared among the shower and toilet room with either one open or closed, it is also faulty. The sliding door leaked water out during shower so the floor area is wet. The ceiling and walls have alot black stains, uneven painting done and water pipes at the top of your bed. The luggage rack is very old but lucky still works for me. The basin is stuck with alot water... But it was deep enough to still use (I choose to avoid it). Will not stay here ever again.

Good location and standard of services and amenities but poor cleaning room as it had a lot of dust and a condom wrapper under the bed.

The location is so convenience, you have almost everything there and lots of restaurants, even there are a couple of 24-hours eateries, nearby as well as shops. Walking distance to nearest station (Balsan). The bus stop at Balsan station also has airport bus. Overall, this hotel feels good to stay for a few nights.

Good hotel and modern and for the price enough. I also expected a pool because it was there first picture, but it only opens in June, I was disappointed that they didn’t inform about it. Pro: Close to train station A lot of shops around Con: Bad lighting in the room, was always dark even with lights on, after like 15min the lights in the bathroom are turning off by themselves A bit dirty TV was only in Korean

The hotel is very conveniently located to the subway station, just a very short walk north of Balsan Station Exit2/3. Room was basic but clean, the front desk staff were helpful. Also a very short subway ride from Gimpo Airport. Front desk were nice but couldnt help with providing an universal adapter.

The location of the hotel is perfect for travellers, its prixomity to the business center where I am going to is very easy and accessible.

The photos do not match what you get. You have to pay for the pool and it was closed most of the times. The gym only had 2 treadmills and all the other stuff was out of order. The breakfast was NOT good at all and we could not even finish half of it. It was also way overpriced. The hotel itself did smell good and the bathrooms were nice. The rooms were okay but the amenities were not good at all.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in in Korea in the past ten years, bar none! 1. The bright view outside the window in the picture is deceptive. There are protruding walls on both sides of the room window, and the room is very dark. 2. It is obvious that this is a couple's hotel that was converted into a regular hotel. The various designs are extremely weird. 3. The light switch in the room is as shown in the picture. Let's play a guessing game with you. There is no indication on the only light control panel, and you have to guess whether to turn on the light. 4. The light in the bathroom is an induction light, which takes energy saving to the extreme. It turns off in 30 seconds. If you use it for a long time, you have to keep moving to keep the light on. 5. The sink and shower room are made to look like a small rural bathhouse in order to save money. 6. Where did the weird designer find a weird shower head holder? Because of the water pressure, water can only be sprayed horizontally but not diagonally downward. 7. The bed and bedside tables in the room challenge the guests' knees. You will know its unique charm if you bump into them. 8. The sliding door of the washroom is a huge glass frame door, which is very rustic and bulky, and requires effort to turn on and off. 8. The air conditioner hums and vibrates every once in a while 9. The safe is broken. I found a waiter and he said he would repair it for me, but there was no follow-up. 10. The elevator door closed delayed beyond the normal range. You need to press the door closing button, otherwise you need to wait longer than expected for it to close. 11. The revolving door at the main entrance is broken in one direction. It rotates normally when you come out from the inside, but you have to push the door when you enter the hotel from the outside, which is very difficult. There is a notice on the glass that the door is broken, and the paper looks old. 12. It takes a long time to pick up the car, at least 10 minutes, and the longest wait is more than half an hour. This is not called stepping on a landmine, it is simply stepping on dog ****!

It was simple and nice. I chose a room with a bathtub, so it was comfortable. The receptionist spoke Japanese, so it was reassuring.

In short, this hotel is just too amazing!! The rooms are so spacious that even with large luggage it doesn't feel cramped at all. The shower room and toilet are separate. There is even a wooden bathtub in the shower room, which I was happy about as a Japanese person ^_^. There are no amenities, but there is a hair dryer and shampoo. The TV is large enough to be easily seen, and although it's not Netflix, you can enjoy movies and TV for free! It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the nearest Balsan Station. You can get to Gimpo Airport without changing trains, so if you're using Gimpo Airport, you should definitely stay at this hotel! That's what I would like to say. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the pool due to the weather, but I think it would be amazing on a nice day when it's hotter! Please use this hotel!
