My Son an myself had a lovely stay, warm welcome everytime we enter the hotel very clean as well. Loved the fitness area. Will Definitely be booking with them again.

Location was convenient but you have to wait for a few days to have your room cleaned. The breakfast was always the same for every day. We stopped eating the breakfast after three days. Even though we paid for it

Excellent location. Right on line 2 Euijiro 3 ga exist 1, and is within walkable distance to Myeongdong and namsan. Breakfast service was not the fancy kinda of buffet but it included everything you will need for breakfast. It will be great if they improve the quality of coffee though. Room is small but clean. I will stay at Travelodge again if i ever visit seoul in the future.

Good location. Near subway and eateries and convenience store
Even though room is small but still comfortable.
Laundry service at level 2. Detergent can be purchased from vending machine for 1000 won.

Location was super ideal and convenient it was very near the Euljiro 3(sam)ga station and the bus stop for the airport limousine bus was just across the road. Cons however would be the cleanliness, only the basic room maintenance was free which included trash cleaning, making of our beds, and new towels. However, on some days, they did not make our beds for us and the carpets were filled with dust. Giving a higher rating because of the water dispensing machine and the location.

Worst experience! So many hair in my room even though i tell staff clean my room again but it same. The water of air conditioner was leaking all the night so i tell staff to fix it but after they fix the water leakage air temperature is super hot! I cant sleep through the night. I don’t know who did it in my room but went we arrived at 1am i see someone urine as you can see in the attached photo but i have to sleep in super dirty room because it so late OMG

Walking distance to myeongdong, out of hotel there are f&b outlet and convenience store, it is ok.

If u are night person, u will get shocked with their light system, auto turn off , damn

The location of this hotel is really good as it is right next to a metro stop which pretty much connects to all areas of Seoul. Very convenient for City Hall metro access. It’s also near N-Tower and Myeongdong so technically you could walk but the metro is also convenient. Plenty of convenience stores like CU and a subway sandwich shop. If visiting South Korea make sure to download Naver Maps! Very convenient! Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was ok! We did have an issue with our room which was reported but no-one came to fix it (which was a bit disappointing) so as our TV never worked in our room and the plug behind the bed kept beeping randomly near the end of our trip I can only give the amenities 4/5. The cleaning routine for your room was also weird. Very we’ll explained to you when you check in but we found there to be inconsistencies in this service also. You have to ask them in reception before 2pm for your room to be cleaned etc and if after 2pm only certain things can be done. So ignore all the conflicting cleaning signage in the rooms as this doesn’t seem to be the hotels policy. We did have an issue one day where we asked for our room to be cleaned/ new towels left at the front desk in the morning and this wasn’t done. Overall though the hotel is ok for the price! Rooms do look a little old and dated (especially our bathroom but I forgot to take photos) but it’s in a great location. Lots of tourists staying at the hotel with tours you can book and they can also call a taxi to the airport for you. If, like us, you don’t need to spend alot of time in the room then it’s ok!
