A hotel provided by the Liar Agency, the Liar Hotel. I placed an order at around 7 o'clock in the evening. The merchant showed that the staff was off duty, and the order page and customer service showed that self-check-in was available, so I placed the order with peace of mind. When I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the night, the agent and the hotel did not provide an entry key, and the merchant could not be contacted by phone. The agent actually contacted the merchant when he could make money when placing an order at night (the store should have been off work when the order was placed), and actually checked in. When I asked for the password at the door, I couldn't contact the merchant. I looked like a liar. I was stuck outside and couldn't check in. They only steal money but provide no service. Hi all! I lived in this hotel for a week... Well... Let's start with the fact that there is no elevator in this hotel, the stairs are very narrow, it was difficult to carry a suitcase. There are no dispensers such as toothpaste, brushes, etc., in the shower there is shampoo in a huge bottle and shower gel, there is hand soap - that's all. No water was found in the refrigerator either. During the week, they didn’t clean my place even once, I threw out the garbage myself, water never appeared, but they brought fresh towels (3 small towels) every day; the used ones had to be taken to the counter yourself. The room has a bed, wall hanger, refrigerator, desk, chair, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV. The air conditioner is very, very, very dusty. There is not a single shelf in the bathroom, only a towel bar, but it is located in the direction of the shower stream. The reception area has a seating area, a place to leave suitcases, hot water and a microwave. Laundry is provided as a separate service and costs a whopping 20 thousand won, incredibly expensive, better to find in the city. The location of the hotel itself is not bad for young people - there is a street with bars and shiktans nearby, the metro is very close (literally across the road), shopping arcades with cafes and souvenirs, a famous shopping street with souvenirs is nearby... It’s a bit noisy, but that’s what anyone likes) Overall it’s not the worst option, but with its own characteristics 😄

I came in the door was opened firstly and then I came in then it totally smelled because the kitchen is entrance of the door. Directly on the streets they are drunken people and my little son felt so nervous that we just left the place. The owner said they would give us a refund of 50 percentage but unfortunately due to my bad Korean he said the ***********, I refused it in Korean and they said they cannot give the money back, because they do not have any guests. So after staying outside I thought at least putting our bags in, because we were commuting around but even that they could not do it, because they had guest. So they took all the money but did not allow even to put our luggage in. Horrible owner to communicate with and not keeping promises and also after experiencing many youth hostel that this place is absolutely not recommendable for people who are looking for a nice atmosphere.

We spent 20 days in this guesthouse with pleasure: - the rooms are clean and well equipped (fridge, TV, good air conditioning) apart from a lack of storage - a small kitchen is available on the ground floor - the cleaning and laundry services are perfect - the welcome is really warm and good advice (English/French) - the check in/out is very easy - the main asset of the establishment remains its location: lively district in a typical district (restaurants, bars, convenience stores), served by 3 of the main metro lines (one of which passes through Seoul Station), and a few minutes walk from the Myeongdong district - the price is very reasonable I really don't understand the negative reviews, for us everything was perfect!
