The receptionist is good, it is also a nice location, the room is clean and the air-conditioning has a heating function and there is ground heating too. The bed is alright , don't expect it is super comfortable . There is a 24 -hour traditional restaurant for Solo travelers.I am happy with the price and also the good enough service that this hotel has provided. Will consider again for the next trip for a temporary stay of 1 to 2 days.

for one night this is a good choice the mattress and pillow were hard, but healthy. there is a cobweb in the corner of the window, should be corrected.

Reception manners are abysmal. The room is dirty. I am not highly recommended.

Great location, nice clean room , up to Korean hotel standarts with heated floor etc… upon my arrival around 2pm no one was in the reception and I no one answered to phone number , eventually someone showed up after 40 min waiting

Affordable

I used this when I had plastic surgery in Korea! It's located in the Gangnam area, so it's very convenient. It's a bit of a climb to get to the hotel, but there are several convenience stores nearby, so it's convenient.

There was a kitchen and the room was spacious enough for one person. The front desk staff were also kind and I would like to use the room again.

The location of the hotel was good, but I was surprised at how steep the slope in front of the hotel was. Also, the room cleaning was insufficient in some areas, which was disappointing.

The free washing machine with dryer was very helpful for a long-term stay. However, there were dead bugs, so... well, it's just so-so. Even so, the area has a lot of slopes, so although it looks close to the station, it actually feels quite far away. The nearest exit to the station is not well-maintained and there are stairs all the way. It's quite difficult for guests with suitcases. There are convenience stores nearby, but there aren't many cafes that are open late at night, so it was inconvenient. The hotel will not clean, change towels, or make your bed unless you ask. At this price, I don't think I'll return to this hotel.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I accidentally left the foam cleansing product in the room, checked out, and came back in the evening to retrieve it, but they said it wasn't there. Well, it made me feel good to hear that a customer who stayed for several nights said that the item was missing, even if it was actually there, but they pretended to make an effort, but they said it wasn't there. This was really bad. To be honest, I didn't like the facilities because it felt like a studio apartment, but the service from the front desk staff was really bad.

I stayed for 5 consecutive nights. It feels like you are using the floor of an officetel for accommodation, and you use the same elevator as the residents. Although there was a sign (in Korean, of course) on the elevator that said, ``Water supply will be cut off for 2 hours due to water tank inspection,'' there was no communication from the hotel, so I was unable to take a shower or do laundry, which threw my plans off course. It would be helpful if there was a little more consideration for those staying multiple nights. The cleanliness of the room is somewhere between a hotel and a BNB. Personally, I can use it without any problems and am satisfied. I didn't feel any inconvenience because I could ask the front desk what I needed and they would lend it to me. This accommodation is recommended for those who are used to traveling to Korea.

I stayed alone, and it was clean and warm. It's a bit small, but it seems cheap for Seoul and it was okay for me to sleep alone.

The location was convenient as there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby and you could walk to Gangnam if you tried hard enough. The room feels dim until you enter, but inside it feels like a one-room apartment. The shower and toilet are combined, so it's convenient to wear sandals with holes for good drainage.
