Best staying experience in Seoul ever over 50+ hotels in the city. Cozy environment, core location nx to Guanghwamun. Local supermarket opposite to hotel front door. All you need from FS concierge to travel through the city.

the overall impression can be described in one word. gorgeous. however, the staff left a twofold feeling.

Everything about the hotel is amazing, from location which is very central in Seoul to the service which is just awesome, everybody friendly and welcoming and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful memory for our family

Excellent service. I had my foot ripped off and need an adhesive tape. I made the request at Room Chat and they sent me within 5 minutes. On another occasion, we need to go Sanchon for dinner appointment but couldn’t be able to get any urber or taxi on apps, so we tried to ask hotel front desk. Their staff arranged taxi for us within 10 minutes. Highly commendable for their efficiency and “can-do” attitude! The only setback is breakfast only serves until 10:30am. Would be great if all day breakfast is available as leisure travellers do not have tight schedule and tend to wake up late.

We had a lovely time at The Four Seasons Seoul. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. We would love to come back.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Very cool and pleasant stay. I wish to go back again! Definitely a premium stay but the facilities are good and room is super comfortable

I booked The Family premier king (more expensive )is a room with king bed and sofa bed which 3 adults can stay but they gave me the deluxe room with ( smaller room , sofa 2 seats,2 adults ,without bathtub) I contacted reception to ask and they changed the right room for me. This made me unhappy and wasted my time. I expect more in a 5 star hotel, four seasons hotel, when deciding to book a room I have to find the best hotel in Seoul.
