Comfortable and cost effective for a one night stay. Room is spacious and there are convenience stores nearby. Easy to find and would stay here again!

Very comfortable place. Was located pretty well in comparison to the train station.

The hotel is very old and the facilities are not very clean. The address is a bit far from the subway, there is a *** nearby, it is a bit messy

시설도 깨끗하고 직원분들이 친절 하세요. 하룻밤 보내기에 이정도 가격에 이정도 시설 찾기 어려운것 같아요

The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. I think it's hard to find a facility like this at this price for a night's stay.

房間內設施一應俱全，酒店房間很大。老闆態度很好，還會一點中文。十分乾淨，離地鐵站也很近，地理位置很方便。

The facilities in the room are all available and the hotel room is large. The boss has a very good attitude and can speak a little Chinese. Very clean, very close to the subway station, and the location is very convenient.

Of all the hotels I stayed in, this was the dirtiest one, with visible stains on the sheets and quilt covers, and all kinds of hair on the head of the bed. Persuasion Persuasion Persuasion

床墊、被套，枕頭，全部是塑料袋包起來使用。不可思議

Mattresses, quilt covers, and pillows are all wrapped in plastic bags for use. unbelievable

방의 크기는 큰 편이지만
층간소음이 심해서 윗층에 조용한 사람이 오기를 바래야됩니다.
욕실도 물떼가 많이 꼈는지 몇번을 넘어질뻔 했는지 모르겠네요.
현관문 2중안전고리도 떼어져 있었습니다.
옵션에 치약 칫솔도 있었는데 따로 구매를 해야된다더군요.

저는 한 번만 이용할 숙박시설입니다.

The size of the room is large
There is a lot of noise between floors, so you have to hope for a quiet person upstairs.
I don't know how many times I almost fell over the bathroom too.
The double safety hook on the front door was also removed.
There was also a toothbrush with toothpaste as an option, but it said that it had to be purchased separately.

This is a one-time use only accommodation.

The Hotel itself is lovely.  The building is neat and clean. The rooms are well designed and comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and nicely detailed.   UNFORTUNATELY:  #1 The staff doesn't speak conversational English.  #2 There's no laundry service #3 The POOL  - part of the reason I picked this hotel - was CLOSED the entire time I was was there (during summer heat).  A number of days during my stay, the temperature  was sweltering.  #4 The room amenities:  TV, Windows computer and all other writing was in Korean.   This hotel - as well as most public South Korean facilities - need to embrace basic English as just about everyone else in the world uses it.  Chinese, Japanese, all of the UK,  Filipinos... just about everyone uses English and I feel that South Korea makes it a point not to embrace English as a way of perpetuating a form of xenophobia and isolationism. Considering how much trade SK does with the US and UK, this is absolutely astonishing and disheartening.  I imagine how much money I would have spent there if I could understand what I could spend money on.  Part of me feels like they don't care.   I really liked the Ciel Hotel and because I frequent places I'm comfortable with, I would stay there again. but I really hope service is improved. 

The room is big but
The noise between the floors is so loud that you have to hope for a quiet person upstairs.
I don't know if the bathroom was a lot of water or a few times.
And the double-security rings were off the front door.
There was a toothpaste toothbrush on the option, and I had to buy it separately.

I'm a one-time accommodation.

The address is slightly off the corner. The service attitude is pretty good, but the settings inside are relatively old. The overall settlement feels average
