Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong (Myeongdong) Reviews

We booked a 4D3N rooms for a few of us. They manage to get all of us on the same floor which is awesome. Location of the hotel is really good and close to all modes of transportation . Definitely recommend this to everyone planning to visit Seoul

Hotel is located near anguk station. Just a little 5mins walk from the hotel. very near insadong and many food places. Below the main hotel there are some retail shops and restaurant & GS25(but it seems like the GS25 there is automated cashier or something because you cant jus go in as you wish). But there is another nearby GS25 jus a few abt 2 mins walk down on the way to subway. Did not take the airport bus because I was rushing for time. Although the Hotel told me that it will be a 5mins walk, but I personally would not recommend if you have big large suitcases because you got to pass through humans as that area is pretty busy in the day. But it is still convenient if you want to take and a much cheaper option. (i would recommend if you take airport bus if you arrive late night) Hotel room is big and clean & there is mountian view too! Never expect it from a city hotel. I requested for a high floor and was glad they accede to my request. However, I think i requested for a standing shower room too last minute, thus, they still assign me a bathtub room. But thats ok, I just make do with it. Basic amenities all provided (except disposable ones due to korea's law) They are quite strict with check in time, but I manage to store my luggage at their lockers and did a wash up before heading out for lunch. So if you arrive early, do prepare some small travel cleanser or a fresh clothes in your bagpack so that you wont have to dig your luggage. overall, im quite happy with my stay and would definitely consider coming back to this hotel.

The hotel is fairly new in a great location centering in the Insadong-Gil culture street area. Metro station is within walking distance and you can even walk to the places of interest and not take metro if you like. Cafe onion at Anguk, buchon hanok village, Gyeongbokgung Place are some places within easy reach. Shops, cafes and restaurants lined both sides of Insadong-gil. You can also venture into the alleyways to discover more unique finds.

Location is great. Lots of restaurants around. Room is comfortable. Slept very well. Best is the self storage locker. And we can store our luggage up to 12 hours. Easy access to/from airport. Take airport bus 6011 with a short walk to hotel. No toothbrush nor shavers are provided anymore due to regulations. Pic is view from room.

Location is close to Anguk station, with convenience store CS25 right downstairs. Super convenient. There are a few eateries nearby, wide selection but didn’t really see kbbq. If you are looking for shopping or night life, this is not the place but we did enjoy the peace and quiet after 8 pm.

No major concerns on the stays. -The toilet door opens inwards so the mat gets caught during toilet going. -One of the plugs did not work.

Enjoyable stay. Good location. Highly recommended hotel! :)

The hotel is situated in a very convenient area, where restaurants are nearby. The room is clean and the lockers for storing luggages provide great convenience to travellers on their first and last day of trip, there's even scale for weighing the luggage.

- Room was spacious and very neat 4.8/5 - bed comfort level: soft as a baby's butts (5/5) - Location: walkable to Insadong street and Anguk station (we enjoed some nice mandu nearby), not too overcrowded like MyeongDong (4.5/5) - Breakfast: meh (we purchased add on later), not a lot of varieties.if you are early birds, you should get it. Most restaurants open at 10 a.m (2.5/5) - environment: they got some nice Christmas decorations - Amenities: so nice (but we didn't use any :D)

Hotel is in the heart of the arty part of insadong. Thgs are more expensive here as compared to Myeondong. Housecleaning needs to improve with an almond found under the bed from prev guests. Hair found on bathtub as well. Location, abt 10min walk to the main insadong cafe belt. Train station jongno-3ga exit 4 has got escalator. Orakai Suites is ur landmark and 10min walk u shd reach hotel entrance fr the shopping side. Or u can try jongak station, forgot the nearest exit though there's a few streetside hawker which sells really great food if u walk along to the jongak station. Mirror in the room is really good, fold it up to use it, fold down when not in use. Just that it's dusty inside the mirror drawer where u are supposed to keep make-up. Choose temple view if u wld like a quieter room. Our room was with city view which is fine too. Total of 14 floors. Gym is small with 2 treadmills, one or two spin cycles and hand weights. Generally a good stay.

Location was perfect for us as it’s near to most places of interest. Rooms could be better as the wall papers appeared dirty and patchy. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

Shower towels had some not very pleasant smell. Location is quite good. Staff were friendly. Room is quite big and can open multiple luggages at the same time.

The hotel staff have excellent English skills, and the service is fast and efficient. Although there is no kettle in the room, there are ice machines and hot water dispensers available outside. Additionally, there is a convenience store downstairs that provides basic food and drinks. It is a great choice for business travelers. 飯店人員的英文能力良好，服務快速有效率，房間裡面雖然沒有熱水壺，但外面製冰機、熱水飲水機很好，樓下就有便利商店可以提供基本的飲食等等。以商務來說是個很好的選擇。

Ideal location to stay in Seoul, not very far from the central city, appx 5mins walk to bus stop and train station.
