UH Suite the Jongno Reviews

We have great stay at UH Suite the Jongno. This is my family's first time to be here. UH Suite is such a wonderful place, the Front Manager is so friendly and helpful, my family have great memories at UH. Thank you so much.

Staff was really friendly and helpful throughout the trip ! Also helped us booked a taxi after our stay ! 10/10 recommended

The location is about 15-20mins to Myeongdong street. Below is mostly restaurants, lots of BBQ & Chicken and drinks. Inexpensive thing about the room is super super small, but the living area is still okay. Just below opposite is a club which is very noisy and their music is very loud till midnight.

The location is in the midst of clubs, pubs and restaurants. Might not be most ideal for family with young kids. Only good point is the big room with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate big family Suggest to consider UH Suite other location

A very comfort n cozy place to stay with a family of 7 members! Too bad we only need to stay for 1 night 🙁 food and convenience stores are all around this area.

Very convenient located. Less than 100 steps to jonggak Station exit 12. Starbucks and olive Young just downstairs. BHC walking distance. Eateries open till late. Convenience shops all downstairs.

Again a return stay. Good stay.

Hotel was very clean and location is very easy to find. Lift accessible as well. There is a Olive Young right below the hotel, which is great. Only downside is room service is in every 3 days, but they provide change of towels upon requested even before the day of room service. Overall, very satisfied, would definitely stay there again.

It's within a 5-minute walk from the subway station, so it's very accessible. It's also close to Myeongdong and Insadong. I stayed in a family room, and it has everything you need, including a washing machine and detergent, so it's recommended for long-term stays. The front desk staff were also kind, and they kept our luggage for us after we checked out, and were always very polite. I'd like to stay here again.

The hotel has a very bad attitude. The walls of the room are very dirty and the room is very small and suffocating.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many delicious food nearby. You won’t be afraid of being hungry even if you have a good night out...haha The service staff has a good attitude and is very nice. Room facilities are ok, but the air-conditioning temperature is not very stable

The location was great because it was close to Seoul Station. It felt smaller than in the photo, but the sit-down tables were great. It was a 6-person room, but it was a bit inconvenient that there was only one bathroom, and it was even more inconvenient because the water in the sink didn't drain well. And it was a bit inconvenient to go back and forth between the main building and the annex. The other one was fine. It was suitable for a gathering of friends.

The apartment hotel is a solid 4. It is located in the very center of nightlife, with many bars, restaurants, etc. nearby. But the sound insulation is good, the noise from the street did not interfere with sleep. The main disadvantage was that the apartments are assigned randomly, as it turned out later, i.e. in reality the room does not correspond to the photographs indicated in the room description. Cleaning doesn't do its job very well. Dirty and worn baseboards, stains and smudges on the walls. And everything was there for a comfortable stay, friendly staff.
