Super convenient location opposite the Namdaemun market. Newly renovated hotel and service provided the staff was great.

Lovely modern hotel, cosy and comfortable room, nicely decorated with coffee maker. Excellent location, couple of minutes from metro, and one stop from Seoul station. There’s a convenient store in the hotel where I purchased my SIM card. Plus a nice restaurant. Big thank to Kyle from concierge who helped to book my facial at a local salon. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Gym was small, but ok, pool area was nice. 10 minutes walk from the main shopping district. Recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at voco. The location is perfect, walkable to so much. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We had a 6-month-old with us and the crib was very nice and the restaurant staff at breakfast were very attentive to our son. We are excited to go back and stay here again!

The concierge who processed my check-in was cynical and not kind to me at all. Also I couldn't control the room temperature because of the "systemic issue". Moreover, the window was so dirty that I couldn't enjoy the Nam-san view enough. The quality of the whole service and facility was pretty bad.

the location and facility condition was great, however, i think the service attitude was not so great. I think they are not 'fully open' yet, rather 'soft open'. for example, they wouldn't accommodate ice nor additional chair for the room. Understandable that room was cozy and perhaps not fit for additional chair, but their response attitude was so abrasive and it was a turn off. When they are 'fully open' I hope their hospitality will be fully operational as well.

The best part is the location. Right near Myeong-Dong, Seoul Tower, and Namdemum Market. Easy to go around. Plenty of greenery in the area for walks in the morning as well.

It was a great place for a staycation.

Very new hotel, IHG brand is really stable. Facilities: Renovated in 2024 (still under renovation in different areas, but the open part is very new and no noise) stylish and simple style There is no kettle in the room, but there is a coffee machine. Because of the renovation, the mini bar is currently free and is replenished every day. There is a small GS25 convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. Location and transportation: Subway station No. 4 Huixian Station is 20 meters away from the hotel entrance, which is convenient for going anywhere. 500 meters is Shinsegae Department Store, and it takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the downtown area of ​​Myeongdong. The back mountain of the hotel is Namsan, which can be said to be a quiet place. Across the road from the hotel is Namdaemun, where the knife-cut noodle alley and hairtail alley are. There are food and convenience stores all around, which is very convenient. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but disposable slippers are provided. No conversion plug is required, but there is no plug at the bedside, which is not very convenient. I found that most of the plugs in Korea are not facing the bed. We were given a room facing the street, which was not noisy at all and had good soundproofing. We ordered breakfast in the executive lounge on the 18th floor. It was probably a temporary policy during the renovation. The restaurant is beautiful and you can see Namsan. It is a set meal, not a buffet. There are two Western options, Continental and American, and two traditional Korean set meals, beef rice and chicken porridge. The food was a bit slow on the first day and I waited for 30 minutes, which almost delayed my trip. It was about 15-20 minutes on the next two days. The front desk was friendly! I think I will stay here again next time I come to Seoul.

The hotel is very new, the location is good, the hotel breakfast is rich in variety, quite satisfied! On the second night of my stay, the bathroom leaked. After feedback to the hotel front desk, I was told to change rooms. Since I had a lot of luggage, I was unwilling to change rooms and hoped to apply for a late checkout because the leakage did bring a bad experience. However, the hotel finally accommodated the delay. Regarding the check-out request, I am still satisfied with the result and will choose to stay again next time!

This hotel is very clean, the service attitude of the waiters is very good, and the location is excellent. It is about 500 meters away from Lotte World Myeongdong, Seoul, South Korea, and very close to New Century Department Store.

The location is really good, very convenient to Myeongdong, and only 15 minutes walk to Seoul Tower. The only thing is that the hotel can only check in at 3 o'clock, I think it would be better to write this down. After asking Ctrip to help negotiate, I can check in at 12 o'clock, and then paid 50 dollars for early check-in. Then you must have breakfast in advance. The restaurant can see Seoul Tower and the food is delicious. I bought it separately, and the breakfast alone cost another 29 dollars. So the best thing is to book a room with breakfast.

Some drivers don't know VOCO Seoul Myeongdong. The room is 24 square meters, standard, clean and tidy. The hotel is still under renovation. Minibar drinks are free and replenished every day. The breakfast on the 2nd floor is rich, and the executive breakfast on the 18th floor has few varieties and cold dishes. The service of the front desk and cleaning aunt is very good. The hotel policy is too rigid. I booked two rooms for 7 nights. Due to flight cancellation and change, one room had to check out one day in advance. Ctrip failed to communicate with the back-end and I failed to communicate with the front desk.
