Solid little place for travelers just looking for a bed and a shower. Friendly service and amazing location with some great restaurants nearby for days where you just need a rest.

I stayed for 12 days in March, a convenient, comfortable hostel. The room had a heater, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, slippers and towels were provided, in principle there was no discomfort. The shower in the room worked well, there were no problems with hot water. The public toilets are also clean, no problems with smell or dirt. The kitchen also has everything you need, of course I didn’t use it, but I saw that other girls often cooked. You can come/leave at any time, there is a PIN code on the door. There are bus stops nearby and a metro station is a 7-minute walk away; I could easily get to all points of the city and come back, even after 12 at night. In addition, within a minutes' walk there are convenience stores and Daiso, various coffee shops and eateries, so if you wish, you can easily buy a snack or basic hygiene items. There really is nothing interesting in the area, but it was more than convenient for me to just come here to sleep and relax. If possible, I would happily stay here again, for the price 10/10.

It's suitable for a one-person stay. Sisters who don't have high requirements for accommodation can consider it. There is a special room for girls on the first floor. My brother is very good in English and very patient^_^. There are many people coming from all over the world to buy from the bakery downstairs. look. I will stay here again next time I have a chance. The transportation is very convenient. It only takes 3 minutes to take the airport bus.

Don't book it, it's dirty and there's no electricity in the room. The landlord called and said to wait an hour, then a day, and then he didn't answer the phone.

It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, and there was a bus stop, a Daiso, a restaurant, and a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. The private room was just the right size for one person, so I was able to stay there without any inconvenience. It was cheap, so I would like to use it again.

Good location, very close to the subway, 3 minutes walk to the subway, very convenient check-in, self-service, also have kitchen, very cost-effective, the downside is that the room is a bit small, but the price is cheap, it takes about 30 minutes by subway to Myeongdong, Gyeongdeokgung Palace, museums and other city centers

Luxurious location, very convenient to get to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, there is an excellent coffee shop nearby where you can have breakfast, the only drawback is the bed, as if you were lying on the floor, but that’s the way it is here, so you can just put up with it))

***Meat is enough for one person and the location is good. The man at the reception desk was kind and helpful.

The room is too small and dirty, and the owner is nagging ridiculously.

The rooms are small, but for the cheap price, it's good. Having a shower in the room was nice, but using shared bathroom/toilet was not. You need to ask for room or specify when booking it online. The bed was particularly uncomfortable for me, as I had a bad back. However, buying mattress topper and asking for more blankets helped. Personally, I didn't like how hot my room was, but I usually prefer it cold. I had a hard time finding the place, but once I did, it was easy and transportation is good. 3-8 mins away are buses and subways, respectively. Places to eat, a park nearby, and good medical clinics nearby. If I could suggest a couple of things: use fabric softener on towels and linens, and use air fresheners in public spaces (at least). The best part of Dream Single House was the staff and service. Very helpful and kind. Very good place to stay if watching your budget!

Whilst the staff member present was helpful and polite in trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible, I struggled to complete my reservation here and ended up moving to another hotel. I'm assuming that they get you to wear slippers for hygiene reasons, but it was quite contradictory because these were not clean themselves, even when I asked the receptionist to confirm. So should be a bit more honest here. Luckily I had my own to wear instead. Similarly, I noticed some mould in the bathroom, which isn't good if you want to leave a positive impression in terms of cleaning. They did offer to move me to a goshiwon that had a bathroom included, which saves you the constant back and forth but my mind was made up at this point. Perhaps I may have had a more favourable experience if I had this room from the beginning, but I guess this is all to be expected with budget hotels.
