I enjoyed the location as it was located right within a bustling street with a wide number of restaurants. It was also within walking distance to Lotte World Mall, which provided convenient access to groceries, food, shopping, and also the metro system. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, there were visible marks, stains, and dents around the room (on the walls etc). This was a striking difference from the exterior of the hotel and the lobby, which looked impressive and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the room looks like it was not maintained in a long time.

The Hotel the Castle Jamsil is on a busy nightlife street. There are many bars, restaurants, and places for adults. Pros: Location, cleanliness, powerful air conditioning, and comfortable. Cons: small room, not many amenities, leaky toilet, and noisy.

Everything was good in the room. It feels all equipment are new and well functioning. The only thing I would recommend to potentially change is the hallway aroma which seems to be very intense. Other than that, a great place to spend a few days in the city of Seoul.

The room really comfortable. The position is good. Only 10 min by walk to go to seoul sky tower.

The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately the area was very busy and there was a lot of noise from outside which continued until early hours of the morning. The room could have been cleaner and towels were old and not enough.

The room is not very big but is definitely clean. The service staff very helpful even they can’t speak our language she will try their level best to assist us. They are very honest too because we forgot our ring and they manage to find it and return it back to us. The location have a lot of foods but just one thing if u are not someone who likes to drink maybe is not where u wanted to stay. Not recommended if you are travelling with kids

Booked here for a concert. The front desk service was very good. They patiently answered questions and helped call a taxi. The room was quiet and the corridor smelled good. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas. The shower water was very large and there was hot water as soon as it was turned on. There were convenience stores and many restaurants downstairs.

The location is very good. There is a supermarket and night market downstairs, and you can eat, drink and have fun. It is not far from Lotte Olympic.

It is suitable for children to play and stay. It is suitable for the elderly to stay. If it is not the main building, you will have to walk up a lot of steps, which is not very convenient. The food is average and the service is not bad. Because there are many steps, it is inconvenient to carry luggage. The waiters help to carry it.

The room is small, but well-equipped. The decor feels like a service apartment. Although the decoration feels a bit strange, it is comfortable to live in. There are many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs.

The location is good, downstairs is the bar and snack street

Free breakfast is available in the morning

Normal 😌👍 but the view from the window was on the wall of the neighboring house

The Olympic Park is nearby and there are various Korean restaurants downstairs.
