It was amazing week in Seoul, and we are really thankful to this hotel. Very clearly instructions for self-check in, good location (a lot of cafes and restaurants, 7/11, metro and bus stations are a stone’s throw from hotel). A room was really small, but very cozy! And all necessary equipment was there.

The property is in a good location. The rooms are old and clean enough, so the employees are fine. There is Wi-Fi, but I can't use it. The signal is very very weak. That the price includes breakfast already but there is no breakfast.

I think it's one of the cheaper hotels in Dongdaemun. You check in by yourself, change into the sandals in the locker, take your room key with you, and head to your room. Double bed, room is quite small. The ceiling protrudes in a triangle, so you can hear the sound of the room locking and unlocking in the middle of the night (lol). The toilet doesn't have a washlet, and there are amenities, but you have to bring your own. There are no bath towels, but there are two in the room. There are selected towels on the shelf in the hallway, so you can take them from there if you need them. The toilet, washbasin, and shower are integrated, so the floor and toilet get wet when you use the shower. The shower wall stopper was broken, so you have to hold it in one hand, which is a minus. I was only staying there to sleep, so this was fine, but it felt a bit pricey. The staff member, Ajossi, was kind.

The environment is messy, the room is so narrow that you can't even open the suitcase, there is no walking space, and the sound insulation is very poor. It is recommended not to waste money and try it easily. Unless you just want a place to lie down!

When I arrived at the guesthouse, I felt like I had made a big mistake 😢 The gate was different from what I had imagined from the photo. Anyway, I went straight to the second floor. The room number was posted in front of the front desk. The card key was in the shoebox with that number. The room was on the third floor. Of course there was no elevator. It was so small! The space between the beds was smaller than in the picture, and I couldn't even fit my suitcase in (lol) When I entered the room, I had to insert the card key into the socket to use the electricity. So I thought I could charge my iPad in the room while I was out, but I couldn't (be careful) There was no separation between the toilet and the shower, so they were connected? So at first I wondered how to use it 😂 In the end, I had no choice but to take a shower while getting the toilet wet. But the shower pressure and temperature were fine! The next morning, everything was clean and dry 🤭 Towels were provided, but they were not replaced during the three nights. There were no bath towels from the start. The hair dryer had good air pressure. There are five power strips, so you can charge your iPhone and other devices, but you will need a converter. I've written a lot about this, but since I came here with my family to check things out, I ended up relaxing quite a bit, but I think it's best to avoid friends or couples (^^;; After all, you have to come out naked after a shower, and it's embarrassing to be naked with someone... The toilet is right next to it, so you might be worried about the smell if you're with someone else. Oh, Febreze might be a must? We put a small bottle of Febreze in our suitcase and threw it away when we got there, as if we were using it up 🤭 Anyway, the location is good, and we could walk to Dongdaemun (although the smell of sewerage was a bit of a problem on the way). The house is right next to Dongmyo Station (Tomuap Station). You can enter and leave freely 24 hours a day without having to leave your card key? If you're with someone who will laugh about even the most surprising things, I think it's a great guesthouse. Oh, I never met the owner, so I don't know about the service...

Very average, in a small alley, no elevator on the second floor, very troublesome to move luggage, the room is very small, there is basically no extra space to open the suitcase, and there are often strange noises in the room

The surrounding area is very prosperous and the transportation is convenient.

The place is very compact, but the location is very convenient. The price is very affordable for a single person. If I have the opportunity, I will go again!

The health condition is average and the front desk cannot speak Chinese.

"Self check in" system could be quite unreliable. The room was a bit dirty (though it is acceptable to me as a guy with no particular obsession in cleanliness), small bugs visible, bathroom smells a little, i suppose it fits the price
