Chinese people should not book this hotel. The manager of this hotel bullies and discriminates against Chinese people.
On the first day of staying in the hotel, my foot was pierced by the exposed nails on the legs of the hotel bed, and I bled a lot!
After reporting to the hotel, the hotel manager had a very bad attitude! There was no apology. He also said, "The nail is right there, why did you kick it? We can only provide a tube of ointment for you to apply yourself, and we don't have any compensation here!"
Later, we said we would complain, and the hotel manager said that we would compensate you 10,000 won for medical expenses.
After that, I reported to Ctrip customer service, and the hotel manager's attitude was still tough, saying that we had promised to give her 10,000 won for medical expenses!
10,000 won is equivalent to 50 RMB, is this to send away beggars?
There are safety hazards in the hotel, and the environment is very poor!
