The hotel is great and the staff is so helpful!!! The location is a 5-minute walk to the night market, which is lively with so many food options. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It’s a wonderful hotel for the price. The staff is great! They will answer any questions and do a good job to make sure you’re taken care of. The buffet is also very nice with a diverse selection. The lobby also has a WowPass machine to buy a prepaid debit card. This has been essential. The only complaint I can make is that the elevators are extremely slow.

Nice hotel with subway station just a few meters away. Breakfast is decent. Walking distance to Myeongdong Street with a lot of art sculptures on the streets in front of office buildings. Interesting alleys filled with bars and restaurants across the street. Rooms are a bit small for families.

This is a very nice hotel that is close to Eulji-ro Station. It has a very modern feel and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff was excellent and were always glad to help. The lobby is pretty large. A 10 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping street.

Location is great, nearby have restaurant and bars. Subway is just outside of the hotel. Airport bus (6015) is near the subway (exit 11 & 12). Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is polite and prompt to request.

Walk to the local market and could have a nice meal.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is good with lots of transport lines, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. Lots of good shopping to be had too. Will stay again the next time I come to Seoul.

Location was good, 8 mins walk to Myeongdong and euljiro 3 mrt is just right outside the hotel. Hotel breakfast was mediocre can skip, Room was spacious and room is well maintained daily.

I find the location is really good. Direct to airport shuttle bus and metro station just around the corner

Hotel is located just outside of exit 12 of line 2 subway. Airport bus 6015 stop is 10 meters away from the hotel. Hotel is very clean. I’d come back if I have chance to visit Seoul again.

All are good but breakfast has no variety.

The hotel is near Metro (Eujilo 3 exit11). And gym open 24 hrs.Only one thing Elevator is less when rush hrs.

This hotel is located next to exit 12 of Euljiro 3(sam)-ga metro stop, and is a stones throw away from most of the tourist spots in Seoul - which makes it a good place to stay in the city. The staff were all very friendly and polite, including when we ran into the housekeeper some mornings. Pros: -The location is great, a short walk from Dongdaemun, Insa-Dong and Namsan park; as well as the Euljiro food/bar alleys -The breakfast had a great range, and for someone with allergies, it made it easy to navigate (but expensive - there are coffee shops nearby for better) -The metro entrance is right outside, and there is also a airport bus, making it easy to navigate to. -The bar/lounge is nice to sit in at night, and was not too busy. -There are ice and water dispensers on each floor, so you can have access to ice, cold/filtered water. Cons: -The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, as the bathroom & shower had signs of mould from improper cleaning, dusty in places and a drink stain on the door from previous guests. -The lifts are VERY slow, on the morning we checked out it took us 15min just to get downstairs -One of our dressing gowns had a belt missing, and the pillow case a few holes Overall, despite the housekeeping team being polite, a lot of things seemed overlooked, and we went two days before they noticed we didn't have any body wash in the shower. For the price, it was a little disappointing, and we expected more from our stay. However, the location is extremely good and made it so easy for us to travel around the city. It's a generally good place to stay, but relatively expensive for what we experienced.

Our first room has a lot of small bugs, which means that the sanitary condition is not acceptable. The room itself is clean because it is a relatively new hotel. The location is ok, about a 10 minutes walk to myeongdong main shopping area. Housekeeping service is bad. If you left your bathtub with water, they won’t clean it. Overall it’s not a bad hotel but next time I won’t choose it.
