My friend and I recently spent two weeks at Mamas & Papas Hongdae Guesthouse and Apartments. While the location is fantastic close to vibrant cafes and shopping and the property is clean, our experience didn’t match what we saw online.
The amenities were lacking; the promised breakfast was minimal and the Wi-Fi was often slow. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, they seemed stretched thin and were not always available to assist with issues such as my laundry and WiFi.
Overall, Mamas & Papas has potential, but it fell short in service and amenities during our stay.

If as a dorm is OK, shared bathrooms shared kitchens, people who speak any language are available, go back at night to walk the stairs, girls must be upgraded to the deluxe version to live down
