The food was amazing! The service was also amazing! The stay was affordable.

Well it is the best hotel in Itaewon area as it is closest to the metro station but sadly the price is quite expensive. It is above the shops such as Olive Young

Only problem was there was only one functional elevator. The hotel was full, and both the guests and the staff were sharing the elevator, often times with carts or lots of luggage. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time every time we needed access to and from the 3rd floor. The problem was not resolved in close to one week during our stay. Dropped our daughter at ASU for her freshman year of college.

There was no air conditioning and we did not know this beforehand. The room was extremely warm and stuck at 28 deg. It was also very noisy and we could hear the music till 7am.

I love this hotel, but the noise from the newer clubs has made me reconsider staying here a third time.

The service at the hotel was amazing, friendly, informative and just great. All in English too. The rooms were very clean and were made up perfectly every day. The breakfast buffet was soooooo yummy! They had both more western food and Korean food and options for everyone. The booking as well as the breakfast was also not expensive at all. Location is great too because it is walking distance from all the bars and restaurants, the only problem with that is that it gets loud and stays loud until 5am every morning, however - the hotel kindly provides earplugs for all guests which is great!

Amazing location - subway station is in front of the hotel. Tons of trendy bars behind the hotel (which play music well into the early morning but that’s to to be expected considering the location. The hotel also did provide ear plugs which was great). Lots of foreign restaurants around the area as well. The room was clean and the AC worked well. Our only complaint is that our toilet was broken in room 607…water leaked on the floor and the toilet screeched for a minute every time we flushed it.

This was actually convenient for what I was looking for. The service is really good and it’s a clean hotel. It’s located right in the heart of Itaewon-ro. My room was on the 8th floor and it was super quiet. There’s a really nice restaurant on the ground floor. I had my buffet-style breakfast when I arrived from the airport. It was delicious especially the Korean beef soup. They had Korean and western-style breakfast. I would stay here again and eat here again.

Spacious 3bed room right in the centre of the clubs. Best to stay if you want to be out to clubs as it is hard to get taxi after midnight. We hear the club music from the room as expected.

great location for partying & clubbing. I strongly advise to book elsewhere if you're looking for a quiet place to rest during the weekend. This hotel is right at the center of Itaewon and surrounded by clubs blasting music on the weekend

Showers were great. Bed was comfortable. The charging port in the room was a huge plus since I forgot my charger at home. The only downside was my room was in viewing distance of the pool. People could see me if I didn’t close the curtains. I was on the 6th floor. The Hotel is next to the clubs so headphones are definitely a must if you’re a light sleeper.

Love this hotel it was super clean, check in was easy, and the room was a good size. The music can be loud at night into the early morning but the location makes up for it, especially if you’re trying to go bar/club hopping.

Swimming pool you need pay extra which isn’t fair. If you planning to stay there then ask for higher floor rooms otherwise will be very noisy.
