Great location, really close to the main road where the bus stops are (to and from airport and to major stops in the city). There are two department stores in 100-200m plus street food stalls too.
Room is quite small if you have more than 1 big luggage, and you do shower where the toilet is. I've travelled Asia a lot so I'm used to it, but others may find it off putting!
