The people who work there are very nice and willing to help, but the hotel is expensive for the features.
It was not very clean or well maintained. The towels are hand towels! I don't understand how to put amenities and not just a simple towel.

When I booked a deluxe double room for one night, it said there was a window, but there was no window in the room I actually received. The bed and bathtub were connected to each other, so there was a strong moldy smell and water was pooling on the floor. I asked the front desk to change rooms, but they refused. The staff came to the room, placed 4 towels in the water area, and left. It's a hotel, but the interior is worse than a motel... It smelled and was dirty. I woke up after one night and had a headache from the moldy smell. The bathtub was built inside without a window... If you're going to receive customers, you should have installed a window to ventilate the room, or have a dehumidifier or air purifier. Anyway, this is a hotel room where I spent an extremely unpleasant night.

Its in a bit of a dirty part of the city but its lively and vibrant wirh lots of locals eating there . The room was clean and cleaned everyday, i think its current rating is too low to be fair on it. Good location for tourism close to the palace and metro

I was cheated. If you don't know Korea, don't stay here. This is a couple hotel. There are QQ hotels in Jongno District. I went there with my friends and thought we were **. I'm really impressed.
