The front desk staff especially the older gentleman has only one emotion on his face which is one of indifference. Poor service attitude, does not smile, looks annoyed most of the time. Location is great espc if attending concert at KSPO Dome, walking distance of 20mins, short walk to the train station. has amenities nearby- wet market, convenience store, eateries.

We are cyclists and we could park our tandem in the lobby. The very friendly manager help us even to get the tandem through the doors.

While living in Seoul, I feel like everything is convenient, so I come back many times ^^

I stayed here for two nights for a live performance at the KSPO Dome. It's only one subway stop away, but it's just over 15 minutes on foot, so there were days when I walked home. There's a convenience store almost attached to the hotel, so you won't have any trouble getting snacks. I asked if I could send my luggage before my stay, but there was no reply. The whole facility feels old. The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked well. The hair dryer was a little weak, but it worked fine. There is a shower and a bathtub, but the bathtub was old and I could see a few hairs, so I only used the shower. The bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet are all connected, so after the shower, the floor is wet when using the toilet. It seems that you can't flush toilet paper, so there was a large trash can next to it. It seems that they had cleaned the room after I stayed one night. The front desk staff were not very friendly, but I had no problem communicating with them to the minimum extent. It seemed that some people could speak a little Japanese, but others could not, so it's probably best to assume that you can't speak Japanese. I hope this is helpful to someone.

I stayed here to use the KSPO Dome. The location was very good! In addition, in this dark environment, the pillows turned yellow in the middle of the night. The girl was really scared and immediately started looking for another hotel and wanted to run away. But it was too late and she couldn't find one at the moment. She had to communicate and ask him to change us to the "room in the picture" when I booked it. However, the front desk said that the room was "newer". The expensive one is not mine and there is no other room now. There is only this dark one. I asked how come the one I booked is not available? The front desk continued to emphasize to us that there was no room, but another front desk quietly said to him, "If there is a room, if the guest really requests it, Change them to something else." Finally, I changed to the room in the picture, but it was also very dark. There was no warm light in the picture. There was only a dim white light. The pillows were yellow, and there were solidified urine stains on the toilet seat and shower water. It wasn't hot for half a day. Finally, I washed my feet with slightly warmer water and went to bed without even daring to take off my clothes. I originally booked two nights. After such a horrible experience on the first night, I really don't dare to stay again. I communicated that I wanted to cancel the second night. The front desk also said that the cancellation could not be cancelled, and the contact platform intervened. So far, there has been no result. The hotel has not responded to messages. Stayed here for a concert at the Olympic Park. It was convenient because it took about 5 minutes on foot from the nearest subway station and bus stop, and from that bus stop to the Olympic Park in 3 stops. There is a convenience store (CU) on the first floor of the hotel. There is also a Daiso in the building in front of the station. The rooms are old but they were clean and there was no dust or hair on them. I didn't mind the smell of the sheets. However, I stayed in a room without windows, so the smell of poor ventilation was noticeable the moment I entered the room. Almost all hotels in Seoul in this price range are like that. The water pressure in the shower is fine. The washbasin and shower booth are old facilities, so is it accumulated limescale? There is such a thing as honesty. However, it seems that daily cleaning is done properly. There were body soaps and shampoos for the amenities, but I brought my own so I didn't use them. There is no toothbrush, so you should bring your own. Both check-in and check-out were done by male staff. I was able to deal with the business efficiently. I can't speak Japanese, so I speak Korean or English. Considering the price of hotels in the center of Seoul these days, the cost performance is good. I would use it again.

It was easy to get to since it was close to Duncheongdong station. However, the water area was disappointing. The air conditioner and proof were attached to the TV remote control.
