채크인하자마자 빗을 봤더니 사용하지도 않았는데 개봉되어 있었음. 바닥에 머리가락도 많이 떨어져 있고 침대에고 머리가락이 있음.
청소가 안되어 있다고 전달해도 방 변경도 안되고 바로 사과도 없음.

I heard that plastic amenities have been abolished in Korea, so I checked the website and it said that toothbrushes were provided, but when I got to the hotel they didn't have any. Also, it was a little far from the station. Other than that, it was clean, the guide was in Japanese, and it was a very nice hotel. I'd like to use it again if I have business nearby.
