UH Suite the Seoul

I am very satisfied with this hotel. I will definitely stay here next time. It is close to the subway and the environment is very good. It has an indoor swimming pool. The children are very happy. The swimming pool is quite big. It is so cool to look out at the beautiful scenery outside the window.

It was a good place to really feel the urban feel of Seoul However, the late check-in/early check-out time and the poor facility management seemed to need to be improved Lastly, if the price was a little cheaper, it would be a place I would like to continue using in the future.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to Seoul Station, convenient for taking KTX to other distant places. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Seoul Station to the hotel. Opposite is the Lotte Mart, which closes at 12pm, making it very convenient to buy souvenirs. There is a Dunkin restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, which is not attractive. There are also some Korean and Western restaurants nearby, and the prices are affordable. The reception staff are friendly and can communicate in English. Not everyone appreciates the design of the room. There is a large soaking pool in the room. I think this pool is too big. There are also stone springs placed in the room as decoration. How does the hotel clean these stone springs? Will they be insects? Haha! Late at night on the second day of my stay, I actually found a 1.5 cm long stone spring in the room. On the curtain cloth, I was so busy beating it to death that I forgot to take photos as evidence. I don’t know whether I killed it or not, because its body could not be found and it might have fallen into Shichunli. It is difficult to remove water from the shower drain location, so you need to clean the fallen hair yourself. This hotel is cleaned only once every 4 days. This may be the reason why there are insects and poor water removal. It is recommended that hotels do more pest control. The biggest problem is: there are three large stone steps in the room. This design should make it easier to get on and off the bed, the bathtub and the tower, but it is so easy to trip on these three large stone steps. My daughter is really I kicked the stone steps, luckily the slippers I brought were thick enough, otherwise I would have injured my toes. There are families of all ages, so please be careful when checking in. The design of the room is commendable because it has a Japanese-style tower where you can sit and relax and chat. This hotel room is larger than ordinary hotel rooms and is suitable for families.

There is a switch at the door to indicate whether housekeeping is required. Even if it is not turned on, it will be cleaned, beds made, garbage removed, and towels changed every day. The staff at the counter are multi-lingual and the service is fast. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and an MRT station 800m away. The transportation is very convenient. During meal service hours, you can use the QR code in the room to order.
