The room was very clean and spacious, offering excellent value for money. It was a bit more expensive because I happened to visit during a BTS performance, but normally, I'd highly recommend it for both friends and couples. The location is also very convenient, with a convenience store downstairs.

The hotel is generally clean and located in the Yongsan e-commerce district, which is relatively quiet. Good location, clean, comfortable room. The 2-bedroom suite was well equipped with all that we needed for a 6 night stay including a washer, drying rack, water filter machine, coffee machine and microwave oven. The heating on the flooring and the warm toilet seats amidst the low temperatures and the spacious shower room and washroom were bonuses to our stay.

- Didn’t say sorry for the dirty bedding
- The swimming pool indeed is closed at 9:45pm, not 10pm as advised by the front desk. I went to the swimming pool at 9:15pm and expected to have 45 min for swimming. Very disappointed that the guard asked us to leave the swimming pool at 9:45pm. The hotel should tell the guests the actual closing ie 9:45pm instead of 10:00.

The hotel is great and good spot for shopping around the area as well as the location is good to go around to other places too. Hotel staffs at lobby are friendly and helpful, even the staff standing at outside the lobby are very attentive and kind too. Not in the busiest tourist area but easy to travel around with train or bus. Spacious room with great view and facilities. Directory or signage to the hotel could be better.
Everything was good except the shower head was broken as well as the curtain in the shower room.
