G3 Hotel Chungmuro Reviews

Good location with train exit & airport bus stop. Many eateries & cafe nearby. Room is clean & big. During our stay, the room lock is faulty & unable to lock from inside. Pillows are too soft for me even after request to change.

G3 hotel is my one of favorites in Seoul. The location is great. Metro line no. 3 & 4 Chungmuro station is just a few seconds away. The hygiene is perfect. And the service is outstanding. I arrived at the hotel 2.5 hrs earlier than the check in time but they allowed us to check in early. And free 30 mins late check out. Thanks for the best service.

Nice place to stay and very convenient, the hotel is very clean and have a GS25 store downstairs.

Staff are helpful. Hotel near train metro and convenience to any location. Very clean and nice ambiance. I would recommend to my friends or families about G3 hotel. Excellent and some more nearby can see cherry blossoms.

Located just outside Chungmuro station (exit 6) and a very short walk away from airport limousine drop off/pick up point, I really liked the convenience. Clean hotel rooms and staff was really helpful when I needed help with using the laundry facilities. Staff also helped us with booking a taxi to Gimpo airport. There’s also a convenience store just outside the hotel.

Everything was quite satisfactory EXCEPT THE FRONTDESK STAFF!!! The elderly man and the female staff member at the front desk were rude and lacked patience. Their disrespectful attitude towards me as an Asian solo traveler was evident when I asked just simple questions. They not only refused to listen but also responded dismissively with a constant "no, no, we don't have" regardless of hearing my inquiries fully. It's baffling how individuals with such attitudes were hired for hospitality roles. They should be fired! Apart from that, the hotel facilities were good, and the rooms service were well-maintained. The overall stay would have been enjoyable if not for the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff.

Great location! just right outside subway exit 6 and there's a convenient store located downstairs. A small down side is that the toilet has a weak unpleasant smell, but overall cleanliness is good!

Good for family stay. Not too small, still acceptable. Downside maybe not near Myeongdong street.

The hotel is located right in front of one of the train station exits, which was super convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet, away from Myeongdong station's bustle (about a 10min walk away) so it's good if you'd like a peaceful area. There's a 24/7 GS25 convenience store right next to the hotel entrance which made getting snacks late at night easier. We didn't use much of the hotel facilities but the room was generally clean and nice. 1 star for service, because when we came back to our hotel room at the end of the day, we found out that our room door wasn't closed properly which is a serious security issue.

Check in was smooth and check out was fast and efficient, house keeping was clean too , just that one of the nigh they forgot to give new towels. But other than that, everything was fine

Very convenient location, 24 hour gs mart and train station is just below hotel. Walking distance to myeongdong shopping and food street.

This hotel is strategic located near Chungmuro station exit 6 or 3. The room size is good as compared to the rest of the hotel around the area. Check in was hassle free and essential items for toiletries were wonderful. I will definitely make this hotel my permanent choice for my upcoming trips

Great location - within one minute of walking distance from the Hotel to one of Metro entrance. There is a lift opposite to the Hotel which you don't have to carry the luggage via staircase. Convenience - there is a GS25 mart next to the hotel Overall exprience was great and will definitely book this hotel again next time!

First see the hotel online very grand, but when step inside actually is very normal. The breakfast area is small and it's location at B1 of the hotel which is a little weird. First floor is where the service lobby are. I was given lvl 2 room which I feel was kinda low and probably they're full occupied at that period. Room was nice and clean
