Room is spacious , beautiful view overlook to City Hall . Bedside control panel , curtains and lights can be all controlled without getting out of bed . Will rebook again in next visit.. 😊

Great and prompt services (porter, request scale, book taxi). Convenient location right in front of ice skating. User friendly room facilities eg curtains, lights .soft pillows and bed had a great sleep!

Great experince to stay in this hotel. All staff helpfull and location is near to downtown.

Could improve room set up but everyone was really accommodating and friendly . Staff was extremely helpful

It was next to Cityhall station and convenient if you are taking trains most of the time. The airport limousine stops right at the hotel and is good that we don’t have to lug the luggage to the AirPort Express. There was a ice skating rink just in front of the hotel when we were there.

The smallest 5 stars hotel rooms I have ever seen, but the location is fantastic as it’s right next to exit 6 of City Hall station and also underground mall 5-10 mins walking distance to 明洞 and 南大門市場。

amazing hotel with adorable Christmas decorations, great location, the bus from aiport drop you in front of this hotel, very near subway, restaurants, room was confortable enough big for seoul, staff was friendly great service

Could be the best priced 5 star hotel in Seoul. Room was beautiful, big and absolutely quiet. Location is perfect 👍 recommend for business trips or shopping, as it’s walking distance to all the best shops. You can also walk to several of the ancient palaces.

The hotel room was a bit small. However, the location was great!

Excellent location in the heart of Seoul with easy access to temples, public transportation, and food. We had a suite that was smaller than most normal rooms at other Marriott properties (especially autograph tier) akin to staying in a New York or Hong Kong hotel. The size of the room was disappointing but ultimately it is a great location. The Boulangerie on the way to the metro is great 👌🏻
