Nearby myeongdong shopping area. Hotel is attached to the mall and duty free shop. Breakfast spread is amazing with lots pf choice.

Hotel is conveniently located (Airport shuttle 6701 stops at Lotte hotel) and connected to Lotte department store/ mall for those who love shopping indoors. t is also connected to many underground shops and a short covered walk to MyeongDong for even more indoor and outdoor shopping. Plenty of restaurants and eateries to choose from too! The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of Korean and international spread (including desserts) for 75000 won per pax You should at least try the buffer once! Room was a little dim for writing and reading but if you are there for relaxation, it shouldn't bother you too much. Oh, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they are not provided. But they do provide daily bottled water.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Lotte Hotel Seoul in Korea, which I feel compelled to share. From the outset, the staff were notably rude and lacked emotional intelligence. Despite the hotel's grand scale and luxury status, the personnel failed to provide even basic levels of courtesy and service. This was evident when I arrived at 6 am to an empty lobby, yet still received no meaningful assistance from the concierge or receptionists. Instead, I was repeatedly directed to the bell desk for any inquiries, a stark indication of the staff's unwillingness to help or address guest questions. Adding to the frustration, the hotel's check-out policy is strictly enforced at 11 am. When I requested a slight extension or assistance, my requests were dismissed without consideration. The indifferent attitude of the staff made it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. The hotel's sheer size and vast lobby, while visually impressive, contributed to a lack of personalized service. The impersonal atmosphere did not justify the high prices paid for accommodation. The reception and concierge services were particularly disappointing, consistently providing the same unhelpful response. Ultimately, the lack of assistance and poor service led me to move to the neighboring Le Meridien, a five-star hotel where I received the attentive and professional service one would expect at this level of accommodation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul to travelers seeking a welcoming and responsive service environment.

Perfect hotel for our first time in Seoul. Staff and customer service were first class. Hotel facility was amazing!

Such a lovely hotel. It was like a castle. The employees were so kind and accommodating. I look forward to my next stay.

The hotel is much more fancier in person than in photos. The staff was super helpful as well. The room was clean. For amenities, toothpaste and toothbrush isn’t included in basic so you have to purchase it.

Room is huge but a little worn. Felt that the room is too dim and there is no option to turn up the light. Appreciate the heater option in the room and it warms up the room very fast. Location is good.

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

With a friend who visited Korea for the first time in 15 years Conveniently located for walking around Namdaemun and Insa-dong. It was so good and the breakfast was great. The fitness and swimming pool were inadequate. Overall satisfied.

It was very convenient to be able to get to the hotel without having to go above ground from the subway. I would like to use it again when I visit.
