1.地鐵2號線貼臉，其他線地鐵距離也非常近方便轉線，公車線路多出行相當便利。
2.位置在明洞商圈裡，逛街購物、伴手禮、吃東西非常方便，一樓就有24小時711商店。
3.環境整潔人員親切，一樓戶外有涼亭吸菸區免淋雨有地方坐，室內每個樓層電梯廳有吸菸室，相當重視吸菸人權，超棒。
4.早餐普普菜色很少，基本夠吃而已。
5.附近步行可達景點非常多。
6.感覺中國、日本房客較多。
交通實在沒得挑剔，下次會再光顧。
