I had a hard time showing the hotel to the taxi driver because he didn't understand. I would have preferred if the sign was in a language that locals could understand (Hangul, since it's Korea) instead of English.
The building was different from the photo. The room was good.
I was glad that I received information and contact regarding my flight.

Hygiene: Acceptable, but the sheets were stained
Location: You have to go up a slight slope, so you have to see if you can bear it.
Equipment: There is no shower curtain in the toilet, water will pop out of the bathtub, be careful of slipping.

I booked this place for my family trip to Seoul and it was really nice because there were a lot of places to visit near the place. It was nice because it was quiet and cozy even though it was an old building.

The room was good overall, except that the air conditioner was a little loud and the cooling was a little slow. The service attitude was very good, and the sanitation was cleaned in time. Also, when we left for the airport, we were a little rushed, and the front desk staff was really nice 👍. They spoke good English and Korean, and helped call a taxi to take my friend and me to the airport bus. As soon as we arrived at the station, the bus came, which was really helpful for us who didn't speak the language 🥹. Thank you very much. Finally, it would be better if there was manual customer service in the system background.
