I stayed here because I always stay here. I had reserved a room on the ground floor, but I ended up staying the next day, and only the basement floor was available, so I reserved it. On the second day when I checked in, I was told that if the ground floor was available, I would be given the ground floor. The next day, I was given the basement floor, which I had reserved, without being told. The same staff member as the day before told me that check-in was from 3:00 p.m., but they said that I could enter the room now. This never happened when the veteran staff member was there. As soon as I entered the basement floor room, the drain smelled so bad that I had to go to the front desk again. They said they would clean it up. It was obvious, and perhaps it was a new staff member who didn't know what to do, but their response was terrible.

房間空間不大，房內燈光較昏暗些，樓下有超商很方便但只營業到晚上12點，離地鐵站距離還不算太遠，飯店對面的巷子裡有很多小吃店都不錯吃（營業到晚上11點），價格也還算平價，飯洗漱用品裡沒有牙刷、牙膏需自備，其他都有，住4晚，每天的房間清潔服務打掃的挺乾淨，此次住宿體驗還不錯

日本語を話せるスタッフがいらっしゃってとてもよかったです。タオルも毎日交換してくださりお水も補充してありました。リムジンバスはホテル前にとまるし地下鉄の駅からも近く、立地もよかったです。1階にコンビニもあり、WOWPASSの機械もありとても便利でした。

東大門の近くで、とても便利な立地でした。リムジンバスはホテルの前で泊まりますし、最寄りの地下鉄駅の出口も近かったです。受付も日本語で対応できる人がいてよかったです。清潔感もあり、快適に過ごしました。朝食のバイキングは、ふつうかなと思います。
