The room was big enough for two people, the hotel has many facilities and it looks exactly as the pictures. Downside is that the room was just a bit dusty it is as if there wasn’t anyone using the room for a week and there are not many convenient stores or shops nearby.

Not a same as photo, window closed but wind coming through, at the night room temperature goes worse it is winter time inside so cold

Older hotel but location is good. Room was spacious. Laundry machine was not working and they do not want you to cook in the hotel.

The first room bed sheet was a bit dirty but the rest of the time the bed sheet is comfortable and clean! The pillow and bed are comfortable too! Too bad the receptionist is not so kind though. Not really helping out customers.

Place is nice, clean and modern. They made sure the place kept clean and tidy. There was also complementary drinks( coffee, tea and bottled water) which we are very thankful. They also accomodate us even though we came in early for check in. We appreciate that coz we've been tired and exhausted from travelling.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room, very friendly staff, lots of food options close, and public transport options a short walk.

It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth to stay however I want to comment a few things like to point it out. 1. Front desk workers are almost no manners, they seem to not have any idea how to greet people, they never say any word like thank you, may I help you? , how may I assist you? Next customer please, what’s your car license plate number? Anything I can help you? How was your stay in our hotel? I’m sorry I don’t understand etc.. I believe not they didn’t want to say something in English, they seemed to not educated people neither they were lacking in English conversation. Don’t expect any common western manners from them. That’s why I rated them “poor” in the service category. I hope they will improve their service quality next time I see them. Thanks for reading my review.

The hotel was clean and front desk was friendly. Some restaurants in the area and a good night view as well. I enjoyed my stay!

The room was way too hot and guests can’t control the ac. Only central heat allowed.

It was nice, very clean. Although the water pressure for the tub it’ll take forever for it to fill up.

Great place to spend a night. Location quite far from city center.

Close to metro and bus lines, and a clean hotel. It was winter so I couldn't see SkyView.
