In the beginning was good, we have very good service but after 4 days, the room was not cleaning, we had to go in the reservation are to let them know that the room was dirty and need to be cleaned after that they don’t clean the room properly also we have the same bed mattress for 1 week and half. The location was very good, is the only thing I really like for that hotel. The rest was not to good.

It's a nice comfortable, clean and spacious hotel. With free coffee in the lobby. Housekeeping staff are helpful and collects trash everyday, provide fresh towels and bath robe. Heated floors during winter. Stayed on a triple room on my first day then transferred on a double room on my remaining days. The triple room is so spacious. Direct 6013 Airport bus is just 10 mins walk from the hotel near janghanpyeong station. Front desk are helpful too. 7/11 is beside the lobby but I prefer the supermarket which is cheaper 10 mins walk away during the day.

Hotel next to the main road, convenient travel, clean rooms

The accommodation is quite far from the subway. But in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. If you want to travel by bus, it will be convenient. Good service staff provide free drinks throughout the stay. Ready to change towels every day.

Design of the room was not good. Had a step when walking out from the bathroom which might make you trip and fall. Room was at the end of the floor which was quite dark. Quite a lot of dust at the window area and room was stuffy even after aircon was on for a while. Staff were friendly though and housekeeping was okay. Enjoyed the drinks offered. Do not trust the amenities listed even though it seems good. Had to use the microwave downstairs at the convenience store. Luggage storage was also not provided after checked out.

The location is far from the city centre, but the transportation near the hotel is comprehensive and convenient. The hotel provided free beverages, you can freely take some in the lobby. There was also housekeeping every day, which collected all the trash and recyclables from the room.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel: 1st) I discovered two cockroaches—one in my bed and another beneath the table. 2nd) The hair dryer was completely nonfunctional. 3rd) The room had poor lighting and surrounding felt musty. 4th) The bidet toilet system was out of order. 5th) Korean regulations meant there was no toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, or body wash provided. 6th) Several power outlets were defective. 7th) The corridor was inadequately lit and very dim. I hope this hotel can improve their services and update their facilities in the future.

Free welcome drinks are available at the front desk on the 1st floor

The old lady at the front desk was very rude to me and my mom. Elevator very small. Definitely not worth the price. We’re very disappointed. Never staying here again.

This place was serviceable. The beds were comfortable, the 7-Eleven and free cans of drink downstairs were nice perks, and housekeeping did a great job everyday making up the room and restocking our water and toiletries. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. The cons, however, were numerous. First, our bathroom sink didn't have a handle (seemed like an easy fix) and the spigot was awkwardly placed over the sink edge, which made using the sink messy. Also, the walls, floors, and ceilings have multiple stains and cracks that seemed easy to clean or fix. The impression was the hotel was falling into disrepair. There was free coffee, but it wasn't good. Also, the website said there is a fitness center, but it's closed. It was one of the reasons we booked, so that was a big disappointment! As for location, you need to take a bus or train 20-30 minutes MINIMUM to get to any tourist sites or the city center, so be aware you'll spend a lot of time on public transport. Finally, they only gave us (a couple) one card key, so that made going out separately very complicated. This rule seems unnecessary.

The facilities is great, and very clean. It is about 10 mins walking distance from the metro station.

Hotel was walkable from nearest train station. But room did not have proper air conditioning. The okay temperature control was opening and closing the window.
