Excellent location

Good location, good service, but old and not maintained well. Many broken things in the room. I pointed out the dirty kitchen with old grease and broken bathroom fixtures. Hotel acknowledged and agreed to refund after one night (booked 5 nights) which I thought was great. Trip.com was very helpful in resolving issues. Thank you.

The advantages are good location, right near the exit of Gangnam subway station, complete facilities, and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The disadvantages are that the room is small, the facilities are very old, and the price is high.

I stayed here for the IELTS exam. The hotel is very close to the Gangnam Station (Seoul Seocho-gu Gangnam-daero 53-gil 7), and it takes only 3 minutes to walk there. The room is more like an apartment. Although it looks a bit old, the overall facilities are complete. Some of the front desk guys can speak Chinese and are very patient in answering questions. The only downside is that I can occasionally hear loud conversations in the next room, but overall it is good.

Seriously trapped 1. FamilyMart facilities are extremely old 2. The toilet is extremely dirty, the lights are dim and you can’t even see the mirror. 3. The water pressure is extremely low and the hot water is hot and cold. 4. The board has not been cleaned and there are still traces of feces and urine. 5. The wash basin in the toilet leaked, and I almost had to call the front desk to deal with it 4 times. The service attitude was extremely poor. 6. The air conditioner is very old. It is very cold when it is turned on. It suddenly becomes very hot in the middle of sleeping. I sleep with my friends until my whole body is sweaty and wet. 7. There was no house keeping service in the morning. I asked the front desk staff to get towels and water. The front desk staff had such a bad attitude that they rolled their eyes and said in a very disgusting tone that I would have to ask before 10 o'clock in the future. It is labeled as a four-star hotel, but in fact it is not even as good as a 2-star hotel and costs HKD$1,200. With such an environment and service quality, I have never encountered such a bad hotel in my life. It was an extremely unpleasant experience! ! !

It was convenient because it had a kitchen and a large refrigerator, but the dishes and other things placed there were not very clean. It is better to wash it once before using it. Also, there was an opened plastic bottle in the fridge, which was a bit scary.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Gangnam Station, and there are so many restaurants that you won't have any trouble finding a meal. To get there, take a taxi from Gimpo, it takes 40 minutes and costs about 45,000 won. I took a taxi twice to get back to the hotel when I went out, but it seemed like the taxi drivers were not very familiar with the area, so it took a long time to get there. The room is equipped with a kitchen, microwave, rice cooker, and washing machine, just like a condominium. The refrigerator is large and has two doors. The closet is large and has many hangers. Convenient for long-term stays.

It was a nice room! I stayed with a friend, and the bed was comfortable and the facilities were spacious, so it was easy to move around! lol The place isn't bad, so I recommend staying there when you're in Gangnam!

I used it because I thought it was easy to access from Gangnam Station. It was a lovely antique room. The kitchen and refrigerator were so big that I thought I could live there. It was also a point that the TV was a smart TV and you could watch YouTube and Netflix. But we were worried about smell for old hotel. The staff and cleaning staff were kind, so I will use them again.

There is a hotel near Gangnam Station, Shinbundang Line, not Line 2. Of course, you can also access Line 2. The hotel is a residence type. There is a kitchen, microwave, and washer/dryer in the room. The room has a partition between the living room and the bedroom, so it can be separated. The living room is spacious enough. Since it's Ondol, the room temperature is about half-sleeved in the winter, but the windows open. The facilities are getting old, and the shower room was missing this time. The hot water flow was poor and the water pressure was quite weak. In the end, it made quite a loud noise. Also, there is no bath mat. The TV remote control could not be used to lower the volume or change channels. Is this what Korea is like? I didn't really understand. The staff cannot speak Japanese, but they can speak English. The front desk communicates well. The lobby isn't very large and doesn't have the vibrancy it used to have. I'm concerned about the aging of the facility, but I think it's suitable for long-term stays and those who want a spacious room.
