Required us to pay extra 2 adults’ payment for 2 kids under 8 years old, therefore the hotel was not worth the price at all. Too old, not clean enough, no disposible slippers had to wipe slippers with hand sanitizer tissue. Good thing was that the location was great.

The front desk service is not very friendly. They do help with things that you need, however, they don't help with kind service. In general, the location is good and price is decent.

Good location, good service, but old and not maintained well. Many broken things in the room. I pointed out the dirty kitchen with old grease and broken bathroom fixtures. Hotel acknowledged and agreed to refund after one night (booked 5 nights) which I thought was great. Trip.com was very helpful in resolving issues. Thank you.

It's easy to get to anywhere from Gangnam Station! The front desk staff were very kind. The room felt a bit old, but I had no problems.

This was my first stay in Korea. It's close to Gangnam Station Exit 5 and the bus stop is nearby, so it's easily accessible. It's located just behind a major road, so it's quiet. The room is Western-style and comes equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. The bathroom and bathroom facilities were relatively clean.

The advantages are good location, right near the exit of Gangnam subway station, complete facilities, and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The disadvantages are that the room is small, the facilities are very old, and the price is high.

I stayed here for the IELTS exam. The hotel is very close to the Gangnam Station (Seoul Seocho-gu Gangnam-daero 53-gil 7), and it takes only 3 minutes to walk there. The room is more like an apartment. Although it looks a bit old, the overall facilities are complete. Some of the front desk guys can speak Chinese and are very patient in answering questions. The only downside is that I can occasionally hear loud conversations in the next room, but overall it is good.

There was a Christmas event, and I was able to get a breakfast voucher as a perk for playing darts. I was able to do laundry, which was helpful. If I could be greedy, I would like a bath mat. It was close to the station, so I was able to stay there without any inconvenience. I would like to use it again.

The service is good, they can help print your passport. The front desk speaks fluent English, so communication is basically no problem. But to be honest, the price is still too high compared to hotels in China.

The hotel itself is old, but not inconvenient. The location is good, the rooms are spacious, it's quiet, there's a WowPass machine in the lobby, and I think it's a good enough hotel for the price.

There are slippers provided, but they are old... It was spacious and nice. I stayed for 2 nights, but the cleaning came in while I was out. My pajamas and other clothes were folded, so I wish they hadn't touched them. I didn't know what to do, so next time I'll hang a card on the door so that they can't get in.

Seriously trapped 1. FamilyMart facilities are extremely old 2. The toilet is extremely dirty, the lights are dim and you can’t even see the mirror. 3. The water pressure is extremely low and the hot water is hot and cold. 4. The board has not been cleaned and there are still traces of feces and urine. 5. The wash basin in the toilet leaked, and I almost had to call the front desk to deal with it 4 times. The service attitude was extremely poor. 6. The air conditioner is very old. It is very cold when it is turned on. It suddenly becomes very hot in the middle of sleeping. I sleep with my friends until my whole body is sweaty and wet. 7. There was no house keeping service in the morning. I asked the front desk staff to get towels and water. The front desk staff had such a bad attitude that they rolled their eyes and said in a very disgusting tone that I would have to ask before 10 o'clock in the future. It is labeled as a four-star hotel, but in fact it is not even as good as a 2-star hotel and costs HKD$1,200. With such an environment and service quality, I have never encountered such a bad hotel in my life. It was an extremely unpleasant experience! ! !
