Highly recommended. our flight suddenly change to early morning and cannot have buffet breakfast,but Sama Sama Hotel had replace 4 sets breakfast for take away. The hotel location is perfect. It is so convenient to the airport (less than 10mins walk from arrival hall), especially midnight arrival or early departure passenger or senior people(like my mom). You can take free shuttle bus from airport to the nearby Mitsui Outlet Park. The room is clean and tidy. One thing is a bit disappointed - breakfast - it was not a buffer and was only 2 choices: caesar salad or lakes, and no drinks included. Both were not attractive and the restaurant does not allowed to pay extra to order something else. I would not recommend to pay extra for breakfast because many cafes are located nearby.

Convenient for travellers who reach airport late or need early connecting flights. It's the best place to stay instead of capsule hotels. The transfer is free from Tune Hotel KLIA2 & Tune Hotell Aeropolis. I'll stay at this hotel again when needed.

I recently stayed at the Airport Transit Hotel Tune Hotel KLIA T2 in Sepang, Malaysia. The location is a solid 5 stars, perfect for transit passengers. While cleanliness scored 3.5 due to aging towels and bedding, the staff's friendliness at 4.5 made my stay pleasant. It's great value for money (4 stars), especially for two or more guests. The facilities (4.5 stars), including a hairdryer and water dispenser, add convenience. A highlight is the 4.5-star breakfast buffet starting at 6 am, and the free shuttle service to KLIA T1 is a thoughtful touch.

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!! PLEASE...

My experience was disappointing to say the least. Despite arriving for check-in at 2:30 PM, it took until 5:30 PM to finally get checked in, leaving me waiting in the lobby like a fool. Additionally, my request for a late check-out the next day was met with minimal flexibility, only extending from the original noon checkout time to 1 PM. The following morning, after enjoying a swim at 11 AM, I found myself locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning room key. Upon complaining at the lobby about the time wasted running back and forth, the customer service representative had ************ to retort, ”We have an emergency call phone in each building; you could have used that to have the key delivered to you.” Am I expected to predict such an issue and trek back to the lobby? Was this information conveyed to us during check-in? It's disappointing that one unhelpful staff member tainted my entire experience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability compel me to leave a negative review. Customer service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, Fell short of expectations.
