Great service from the reception desk and the concierge. The beef satay was really delicious, however, the Nasi Goreng Sepang was a let down. Rice was soggy, taste was poor, very tiny chicken satay, and popodum instead of crackers was served. The 2 prawns were boiled with skin intact and was not that tasty. The room we stayed in has poor sound proofing and had a connecting door to another room. We had to catch an early flight and needed some peaceful rest, however, on that night, they checked in a Japanese couple with 2 kids at around 11.30pm. Kids were crying, elderly were talking , ding dang was the noise and kept us up from our sleep till they had settled down at around 2am. At that instance, I was wondering if the reception did that on purposed for they could probably allocated these late night guest to some isolated rooms or maybe the hotel was full that night. The irony ( my thoughts) was a sign in the room mentioning a RM 10. Fine/charge If you break or take away the water bottle in the room. There is nothing special about this drinking water bottle (complimentary drinking water) and other hotels that we have stayed in do not demand money for losing these kind of water bottle . My wife put the water bottle in the room bin and later retrieved it after reading the memo. All else, the free shuttle to the airport was a plus. My room was 1018, checked in on 12 August 2024.
