Services are excellent. You can add on some food for example small cake or flavour bread in the goody bag.

A good place to sleep in a few hours before the flight. Toilets were clean and hot water to freshen up. Also give a kit bag with towel and toiletries (and sleeping mask!) to ensure your comfort needs before your flight. Capsule was also spacious enough to sit up straight. Overall a pleasant place to crash comfortably instead of sleeping rough in Klia, provided you are willing to spend some money for the comfort.

Had a great rest before my early flight! Quiet and clean capsule for a short rest.

The check in check out process is seamless, fast and easy! Room is quiet, comfy and perfect for a short overnight stay to catch early flight out the next day! Will definitely consider this again if I need to catch an early flight next time.

Be reminded that the hotel is really tiny and is purely for short rest, there’s no restroom or bathroom in it, you’ll have to use the airport’s bathroom. You may keep your bags in the locker then head to bed for a short nap and continue your journey.

Good hotel and near airports. But the air conditioning not very well as no air conditioning inside the room.

Simple but convenience capsule hotel you can rest by hours or day. Staffs friendliness to be improved. Luggage storage is at outside of the room, key is given.

Other than location there is nothing to shout about, at least you have a please to take a nap

The room is clean. Toilet is clean too equipped with shower room with hair dryer , shampoo . Once check in, you’ll be given toothbrush , and towel .

Love the stay in capsule hotel. Cleanliness is good. Located within klia 2 in lower ground floor. It would be a great idea to stay in for transiting. Only issues is the noise from upstairs can be easily heard as the sound proof not so good.

Good location, inside KLIA T2 1st floor next to bus terminal. 12 hours usage is more than enough for overnight sleep and freshen uo. Toilets are clean with bath towel and tooth brush amd water provided. Overall is good.

Landed at KLIA2 at about almost midnight, but was fortunate to have booked at capsule transit before that and got myself a good deal which is way cheaper than the price if you walked in. It was a truly remarkable experience as it was my very first ever trying capsule and it is very recommended to every traveler who wished to stay at the airport itself to catch your early flight next day.

Good for a short pit stop between flights. Clean, well organized and comfortable welcome kit with mask, caps, toothbrush and water bottle.

The cleanliness of the room could be better and the location is a bit far from popular attractions in KL. There are two convenience stores downstairs and a lovely coffee shop called Zus Coffee.
