Confusing booking info and check in details. The information stated 1 night but when check in was informed only available for 12 hour.

Very clean and helpful stuff. But take notes that a locker is given to store large baggage, their locker is double decker, so if your luggage is heavy, please request the staff to get a bottom locker. Same to your bed if you have difficulty to climb ladder.

It’s good for solo traveller need a space to have a better rest, especially while long layover transit.

Good location at the airport. Lots of restaurants and shops. Connected to Train station, can go to city centre easily.

A rest corner that is small but comfortable! Suitable for travelers that are staying in KLIA T2 for a long time.

Very good location, for late arrival passengers. Under level 1, pretty quite and easy for sleep there.

Lucky I stay at klia 2, because tomorrow my flight is early morning 7am, so we have more time walk around

A good place to sleep in a few hours before the flight. Toilets were clean and hot water to freshen up. Also give a kit bag with towel and toiletries (and sleeping mask!) to ensure your comfort needs before your flight. Capsule was also spacious enough to sit up straight. Overall a pleasant place to crash comfortably instead of sleeping rough in Klia, provided you are willing to spend some money for the comfort.
