Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2 Reviews

1st time come to ChengDu, went to a lot of places using DiDi (China's Uber). Who knows this hotel is walking distances to some of the place that we went (Chun Xi Road). The staffs were friendly when I asked them to intro some nearby local restaurant (TaoDe Hotpot) I went during end of Summer, chg a lot of t-shirt so I did my laundry there. I found out that ChengDu ppl are friendly and willing to share you local insight of their hometown,

Tune Hotel KLIA2 offers a convenient stay with its proximity to the airport, making it a great option for transit passengers. The rooms are clean, compact, and well-maintained, offering good value for the price. The overall experience was positive, with friendly staff and essential amenities available. However, the check-in process took longer than expected, which could be improved to make the stay smoother for guests, especially those in a hurry. Despite this, the hotel serves its purpose well for short stays or layovers, providing comfort and convenience at an affordable price.

The best of it is definitely its proximity to KLIA T2. Otherwise, you shouldn’t be staying here given its relatively high price with relatively low level of service/ facilities (eg no no tooth brush, no in-room fridge, no cutlery even upon request)

The best choice for a one-night stopover. Close to klia2 easy access to eat and shopping. Room size is ok and staff is friendly

Recently, I had a good stay at Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2. The hotel was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone needing to be near KLIA2. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The amenities were decent, though there’s a little room for improvement. Overall, it's a convenient and clean place to stay, especially if you're catching a flight.

Another way of getting to the hotel: Get out to the Door 3 area where waiting for transport (Bus/Coach) level. If at Family Mart take escalator on left to get down to the Bus and Coach Level, Door 3. Once out of Door 3, walk further to left to the end, about 50metres AFTER ABC One Bistro. You will see the outside of the Hotel Building across the road (pointing to red and white Tune hotel building in photo). This way does not have the Aircon bridge joined to the Hotel, but on my first trip there, I found it less confusing. Hotel check in took a long time. Queue till across the small carpark road, as there were a lot of people probably due to flight delays and cancellations. Room is clean and basic. No toothbrush, no slippers, no complaints for the price and location.. It has towels, soap bar and shampoo. My room came with a good breakfast too. Staff service was very, very good. It was a very pleasant stay, very happy to have a room to rest while waiting for flight. I was granted free extension when my flight was delayed and I'm very grateful for that. Happy to have the convenience of checking in my luggage and collection of boarding pass, and then returning to the room till time to enter immigration and boarding. Slept well, great service, awesome experience despite the flight delays and being extremely tired.

Very near to airport. Walking distance. Room clean and ok. The shower pressure is weak.

Very convenient for a traveller who needs to catch an early flight either from klia2 or klia1 (airport transfer from the hotel starts at 5am)

Best ever hotel for early flight. Will repeat again for next trip. Recommended

Hotel stay was good. Just the free shuttle bus to terminal 1 came late 10 mins, that was supposed to be 8 am but only arrived 810am. The tall guy supervisor very helpful in contacting the driver. I owe him an apology as I did raise my voice a bit. Sincerely say sorry to him. We have so many international tourists , everyone is catching the flights everywhere, a delay in 10 mins may just leave you out from the boarding flights!

The Room very confortable..Near By KLIA 2..can Walking 8minits..bus SERVICES also Available from hotel To AirPort every 2 hour.staff also very Friendly.10q For gud SERVICES ..recommended.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
