Location is excellent if you just wanna stay in hotel with malls nearby. As for the amenities, perhaps the iron boarding can been place on every floor at a corner along the corridor (see picture) because the one at the laundry room was too cramp with the washing machine and dryer. There’s no place to hang the ironed clothes especially when there’s few clothes to iron. As for the service, please emphasis that the complimentary is valid only on the date indicated. We have the impression that it’s valid during our stay there from the date we check in. Anyway it’s just a coffee, no big issue. Service recovery is really important.

This hotel really cozy to stay and for frequent flyer, i really enjoy my stay here as the location is next to the T2 of KLIA. Nomore early wake up for early flight .

Just cross the airport is the hotel . Outside common area are very beautiful and nice . Nice break fast. Clean room . Only problem felt was less amenities like tooth brush and all need buy (pay extra ) and room was very small .But still good and ideal hotel to stay .

Out of expectation Room is clean. Very good location ad walking distance from KLIA2. Walkway with sheltered. Easy to find.

Check in was swift but the staff made a mistake in room allocation - Quad room booking but checked in for one twin room. Location is a short walk from KLIA2. Convenient for overnight stay for travellers who are catching an early connecting flight the next morning

The perfect location for a transit, especially if you have an early flight to catch the next morning. Room was basic. Towels, hairdryer and basic amenities were provided. It was less than 7min walk to KLIA2. And the best thing was they allow check in at 1400.

Tune hotel is super convenient for us who arrive KLIA late around midnight, we just need to walk 10minutes, it takes some times on check-in but the process is very fast and go smoothly. The toilet and hotel room is clean. If we have any late or early flight, we definitely will choose here again.

The rooms are compact but well-equipped with everything you need, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a hot shower. Despite being close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent, so you can enjoy a peaceful sleep.

Stayed here due to layover and flight early in the morning. Walking distance from KLIA2. Room is clean but the bathroom is reek of cigarettes even though I air it out with bathroom door open for the whole time. It is definitely bad for those how cant stand the smell. Overall, it is at least 50% lower cost than of other hotels in KLIA2 premises. Suitable for a layover stay for morning flight. Will definitely stay here again.

The closest hotel in Klia2. Connected to airport Many shop and food nearby. 5 minute walk to terminal KLIA2. Definitely will come again. Hotel is clean and smells good.

Weird to have a dj blasting super loud music at a hotel where people mostly want to rest between flights

⭐️Pros: The public spaces are spectacular! I come here for the breakfast and love the ambience of the breakfast. Very open with a great food selection and fun airy design. Though the rooms are not much in way of design I spend most of my time in lobby and breakfast area and am happy! ⭐️Cons: While the lobby and restaurants have a 4-5 star feel- the rooms are small and feel a bit cheap. For $120 USD you are getting a $40 USD room but you are paying for the convenience of being near the airport. The soap and shampoo was a cheap branded plastic-wrapped soap that is made in a factory. They could definitely put a little more thought into these items. Remember that this hotel is run by Air Asia - specialists in very cheap, bare bones flights. So they are experts in cutting corners to save a few dollars. The room amenities reflect this. At 16 square meters the room is pretty small and plain. Not that special in terms of design. They say they are voted as the Best Airport Hotel in Asia but I am suspicious of this vote for quality. I think they need to put some more work in to live up to this title. As for getting to the hotel- This hotel is in a far corner of the airport next to the KUL T2 parking lot. So you need to plan at least a 30 minute walk/transfer time from baggage claim especially if you are coming from T1. (Including riding the KLIA train from T1 —＞ T2.) For that amount of time you could probably get a better quality hotel at a lower price that is a 5-10km taxi drive away from airport. They promised a shuttle to T1 in their advertising but could not deliver other promise as it was not running that week I stayed. They made no effort to reimburse the broken promise. Also the open air courtyard at their bar ( a very well planned and comfortable space) was blasting loud club music that echoed throughout the hotel until quite late at night. I appreciate the social atmosphere they want to cultivate and think some guests definitely enjoyed it. But surprising for an airport layover hotel where guests come in at all hours and are quite exhausted from long international flights. I would think for every 1 guest that enjoyed the loud music there are 5 guests who rather have a peaceful atmosphere.
