The hotel has a shuttle service, making it very convenient to get to the airport. The staff were also very patient. I will choose this hotel again in the future.

The room is a bit small but clean (acceptable for this price) . They have shuttle bus service to another Tune hotel near the KLIA terminal 2 , l love their breakfast, not much variety but good quality. their scramble eggs are super good !!

My personal view is it's very comfortable hotel than capsule hotel despite the location is a bit far from the terminals. However the free shuttle service offset the disadvantage. If it is not peak period, the price is very affordable and worthwhile.

Overall excellent hotel service, except for the restaurant. Food was tasteless and cold. Dont have choices of food. No fruit juices was served. Not worth paying RM22 for those breakfast.

The hotel is near to klia and there's a free shuttle bus service. The transport is good but the hotel was quite dirty outside. The environment looks dark at night too.

Wanted to book the tune hotel at KLIA2 but mistakenly booked this Aeropolis. It is located at cargo industrial area and it is bad. The road outside is used by loading trucks and it is noisy at night the soundproof of the room is really really bad. You can hear guests walked past your room easily. Me and my wife didn’t have a proper sleep throughout the night and it is completely different experience from the tune hotel KLIA that I have stayed before. The only plus is the hot shower is still acceptable to me. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE BOOKING THE ROOM. Get the tune hotel KLIA 2 but not the aeropolis one.

The hotel was clean enough, but it was a little cramped for me, but since I stayed for half a day, I was quite comfortable. They also have a free transfer service to terminal 2.

We stayed here for distance convenient to the AA training center. It has shuttle bus to the KLIA. Room is small but enough for a night. Not so clean, saw tiny insects in the drawer.

It's a no from me.
The most interrupted sleep I ever had. I stayed in a single bed on the second floor. My head is right under the window, and people arrive and leave like every 30 min, waking you up. You can also hear the crows and cars, so if you're already being woken up periodically by doors and bags and voices, it's not great to have the added noises. On the other side of the bathroom window, you also hear all the movement.
For this reason alone, it's a no from me.
25-minute ride from the airport (there is a free shuttle bus from the tune hotel that's actually at the airport)
The bed was comfy, and sheets looked clean.
The shower was decent
Staff are friendly.

The reception of the Tune Hotel near T2 was very nice. She allowed us to change the booked room of the T1 Tune Hotel to the one near T2 for free, which reduces a lot of transportation time.
Overall, the room is clean. Noice cancelation is good, didn't hear the noise of airplanes.
