Great value for money, the actual environment is better looking

The room was large, with a large bed and a bunk bed, and the facilities were relatively simple. The resort has a great environment, surrounded by a large lake, and there is also a swimming pool, but we didn't have time to go there. The resort is rich in vegetation, and we actually saw the crowned hornbill and the stork-billed kingfisher in it, which was a surprise!

An ideal hotel 👍 very cozy, a lot of different cute details in the room, shelves, hangers, everything is very convenient and comfortable! 2 bottles of water are provided upon arrival. The price includes a wonderful breakfast (noodles, scrambled eggs, sausages, watermelon, toast with jam, tea, coffee, water). The hotel territory itself is a separate big plus!!! Very beautiful! Palm trees, flowers, turtles near the cafe, different fish in the lake and even monitor lizards😄 and the pool is absolutely priceless in this heat! Moreover, there is also a small children’s one with a slide of a shark - the child was mega-satisfied :) I also liked the Banana cafe, there is plenty to choose from, the prices are normal (except for drinks - they are overpriced). In general, I highly recommend the hotel! I didn't want to leave

Please avoid this hotel, it is really bad. We stayed for two nights. The breakfast on the first day was omelet, sausage, beans, fried noodles, and bread slices. On the second day, the omelet was replaced with fried eggs and the sausage was replaced with baked potatoes. The breakfast was really bad. Let's talk about the night tour at night. After an hour and a half, I didn't see a bird. I walked lonely. It's better to go to the Rainforest Discovery Center for a night tour. The shabby degree of the room is really hard to describe. The quilt is a blanket wrapped in two layers of sheets. The shower water is super small, and the shower head can't be placed steadily. You can only hold it with your hands. There are stains on the bath towels and sheets. It should be that they were dirty before and can't be washed off. My daughter had a lot of big lumps on her legs on the first night. The swimming pool looks dirty, probably because it is old, and the children don't want to go. There is no phone in the room, and the room is far away from the front desk. It is difficult to order anything. The front desk will be off work later, and no one can be found. Also, there is no conversion plug in the room. The hotel does not provide it for free. We spent 24RM to buy two. This is our third time in Malaysia and the first time we encountered a hotel without conversion plugs. The good thing is that the hotel's external environment is OK, and it is very close to orangutans and sun bears.

The hotel is located in the jungle. The amenities are basic, but everything you need is there. The pool is great for cooling off and relaxing. Breakfast is the usual eggs, potatoes, toast, watermelon. Lunch and dinner are overpriced. In the rain forest, lunch was much cheaper. The staff is friendly. I recommend
