It was a great short staycation. We enjoyed it very much. The room was really spacious. We even got ourselves a room facing the pool.

Terrible day trip at Royale Chulan Seremban. Request extra bed will not be entertaining when you call in or special request when you make a booking. Check in and pay in counter said extra bed will only be ready after 8pm. When return back to hotel 11pm+ still need to make a call reminder the staff to send me the extra bed. I pay extra bed for RM92 in total. But I had to keep reminder the staff send me the towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and etc. So annoying!!! End up I just get an extra bed only and nothing. Excuse due to events and lack of staffs to accommodate large crowds. This is unacceptable!!! Check in counter already inform my car plate number and I still get stuck in car park as the system did not link one another. I had to call and reminder the staff to release me from the car park. Who compensates my lose and care of my feeling. The End.

Hotel is big with good service but room decoration is old. the nightmare is the mattress which can't let you sleep as it twists your body.

The place is very nice. Breakfast is also delicious and many varieties can be chosen. The room got a bathtub.

Not bad experience and I find buffet price is expensive and WiFi connection is super poor till can’t connect with my laptop. Great swimming pool and good location.

Location is ok. Pool is huge and fun. Will stay again in future.

This is my 3rd time visits RCS. Kids love it, especially the pool. So do we. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel got it limitation example spa is not within the hotel. Got a park for morning walk and car parking using digital system. Extra bed with additional charge of RM92. Hotel toiletry could be improved and increase the quality products. Will visit for its swimming pool as one of the attractions point in the hotel.

Good experience staying here. It's near to town and easy to get to. Got pool with slides, my kids had fun. The price is affordable. Walking distance to the nice lake where a lot of people jog.

Bit dissapointed with the room’s view. Only can see roof and church🫢 toilet not too clean esp bathtub

Room was clean n nice, just the aircond was a bit slow to get the room cold. Service was fast and friendly, the pool was clean but hopefully they would clean the garden area as it looks not well maintained.
