The actual check-in was completely different from the pictures provided by the hotel. The service was very poor. It felt like we were treating Chinese people differently. The hotel was originally located in the grassland. I brought my mother with me and I felt very insecure. 26,000 for two days did not include airport pick-up. When you arrive at the store, you have to pay extra for the round-trip pick-up fee, which is equivalent to more than RMB 7,000. Really dark, dark store

Everything you could need was here. The "tent" individual "cabins" were elevated, nicely spaced from each other, had a wide deck all around with outdoor chairs, and were as luxurious as many 4 and 5 star hotels. The public area was very inviting with many seating areas. The bar at night was great for sunset viewing, having a cocktail, watching wildlife. Menus were always 3 courses for every meal and were varied and delicious - gluten-free substitutes were provided and had a separate menu. A variety of wines were offered and were fine. We had an assigned waiter who was with us at each meal, Musa; he was excellent and provided individual and caring service, always recalling our preferences from previous meals. We were here 3 nights and highly recommend it!

Excellent amenities with a superb Staff! An excellent base for your Safari! Although it was a long drive to get here, it was well worth the time. Nice ("Ni-see") was our driver and guide throughout our stay, providing great view of the migration crossing of the Mara River. She is one of two female guides in the Serengeti, and a wealth of cultural knowledge. Special shout outs to Saumu (Mgr), Charles (Assist Mgr), and Little John, the best Butler in Tanzania. Don't miss the sunsets and sundowner drinks on the deck, it is spectacular. Food was outstanding, both from a taste and presentation view. Lunches are provided during long days in the field with full setups for a picnic. There are no fences on the property, so you will hear and may encounter animals, particularly at night. Hippos are known for their grunting, and baboons for their barking. If you're a light sleeper, you may want earplugs.

Absolutely amazing safari tented camp The accommodations were superb and staff beyond attentive We enjoyed three nights of fabulous dinners all in different locations on the property Sunset cocktails on the upper deck started our very leisurely evenings After our safari outing we were greeted with cool fragrant hand towels The best part was watching the elephants stroll between the tents munching away while we ate our lunch

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Elewana Serengeti Migration Camp! The management and staff were welcoming and committed to providing top notch service. The food was delicious! Our tent/lodge was spacious and clean. The Gramati River steps away. Hearing the hippos and wildlife at night is an unforgettable experience! Shout out to Sirilly, our safari game drive guide for being an awesome and personable pro! The Elewana Serengeti Migration Camp is an awesome place to stay!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet établissement pour sa situation spectaculaire surplombant une rivière remplies d’hippopotames (qui peuvent se retrouver autour des tentes la nuit…). Décoration, confort et gentillesse du personnel à un excellent niveau !

I visited the Elewana Serengeti Migration Camp in July.  Simply put, it was FABULOUS!  Kudos to those who designed the daily operation of this camp. The ENTIRE staff, rooms, grounds, cuisine, and the facility were AWESOME! This company left no stone unturned.   First, I must mention the warm welcome we received daily!  My fellow travelers and I were touched by the greetings and send-offs we received each time we left or returned to the camp.  Upon arrival, we found the staff in full uniform with big smiles on their faces.  They were waving to us as if we were their family members coming to visit. Then, each day when we left for our excursions, they stood outside and waved goodbye. That gesture made us feel special! Second, I must commend the kitchen staff! The chef performed magic with the dishes he prepared daily. The quality of the food, its freshness, taste, and the presentation were epic!  Each day, fourteen of my fellow travelers and I looked forward to seeing what would be served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, the ENTIRE dining staff made us feel as if each meal we received was given individualized attention.  I have to give a special “shout-out” to Mussa and Rashid.  They learned that I am allergic to nuts and EACH time they served me, they would state that my meal had "NO NUTS". They made me feel that my safety and health mattered, all while serving me a delicious meal. Additionally, when we ate lunch outdoors, the food was healthy, fresh, and delicious. The plates, cloth napkins, silverware, glasses, and the latched jars used for storing the food reminded us of the importance of protecting the environment. NO PAPER OR PLASTIC PRODUCTS WERE USED! The rooms and grounds were IMMACULATE and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and thank the Lord the showers had hot water. At night when the temperature dropped, we were given hot water bottles and blankets to keep us warm. During the day when it was hot, we had a fan.  I would describe the camp as “high-end rustic" or a "luxury camp.”  The atmosphere was VERY nice and we were pleased. I would be remiss if I failed to mention that EVERY member of the staff did everything they could to make our stay a memorable experience.  For instance, Rose (made certain that my roommate and I were comfortable and our room was cleaned daily.  Margaret, Said, and the Manager (don’t know his name) were simply amazing! My roommate and I had a small issue with one of the electrical outlets and Remmy quickly took care of that. Honestly, I was a bit apprehensive about the possibility of seeing animals roaming the camp. However, it was reassuring to have several individuals to escort us to and from our rooms. They were ALL wonderful! Each escort was friendly and seemed to have a genuine love and respect for the animals.  Moses was the guide for the jeep I rode in during our game drive.  After driving through the vast land of the Serengeti, I feel Moses led us through a “Promised Land”  (LOL).
