The rooms and general hotel surroundings were very clean, tidy, and heart-warming! Several members of my family and myself booked several rooms in preparation for my wedding day last 15 March. The whole experience was made more special by the very warm and friendly staff who greeted and congratulated us on my big day. I certainly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Soller and the nearby towns in Palma. It made my special day more enjoyable!

First time staying here (as we wanted a change/to try a different hotel) and our experience was very stressful. We arrived at our hotel and got put in a room where the shower would flood the bathroom, the lights did not work/flicker and the air con did not work properly. This was uncomfortable in the 28/30 degree heat. We reported this to a lady on the reception who was very dismissive and rude. She did not help at all. I spoke to another member of staff who was very helpful, he came up to the room and tried to sort things for us. He said he would send maintenance to the room the next day. He explained they were fully booked otherwise they would have moved us room. At one point they explained they would swap the faulty room for new guests that were arriving so it would be someone else’s problem which is awful... There was no improvement over our 5 day stay which was very disappointing, whilst I completely appreciate they were fully booked, the rude staff on reception each morning made it completely worse. The food and pool area was good, fresh towels and a nice area to sun bathe although due to the issues with the room and staff, I wouldn’t stay here again.

We used this hotel as a base for exploring the west coast of Mallorca on our motorbike. We had a good size room overlooking the pool with a comfortable bed and a nice sized bathroom. They even suggested parking our bike in the garage, which was nice. We stayed half board and found the food choice to be good for both breakfast and dinner, even providing an early breakfast on the day we left. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Cannot fault the place at all. Everything was clean, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was to die for. We had an issue late at night with a window in the room, we were moved rooms with an offer of leaving our stuff in the original room to collect the next day, we were then given a fruit plate and a bottle of fizz to apologise, then a call from the manager. We were fine with it all but this went over and above what we expected. The pool area was very clean. Our beds were so comfortable and pillows were top class. Bathroom was lovely too with a great shower. 10/10 I would definitely stay again but be aware the hill up to the front door isn’t for the frail and I pity anyone who has to push a wheelchair up. The beach is within walking distance but they put on a free shuttle once a day. Palma is a €2 bus ride away on the No.4 from the Main Street but again they offer a free shuttle into Palma, we thought it best to get our bearings on a bus so we knew how to get back. Nice restaurants within a 10 min walk.

We took a superior room which opened onto the placa and found it comfortable enough. Don't let anyone flush the loo while you're having a shower though - the water became scalding hot. We loved the surroundings of Lluc, so serene and beautiful. A miracle wasn't needed for the monks to decide it was a good place to live. The food was plain and adequate. We wished they could they provide a kettle for people who want to make their own coffee for an early start. You can get breakfast food to go, if you ask for it the night before, but not coffee or tea. And in fact the breakfast coffee was pretty bad. They do make espresso but the espresso in the bar was better. However, it doesn't open earlier, in fact later.

Apart hôtel très bien situé au pied de la plage de Paguera. Intérieur rénové c’est joli mais …… Le bâtiment lui doit daté et l’insonorisation est INEXISTANTE ; un bruit horrible et ce dès 7h du matin ou les femmes de chambre commencent la danse des chariots roulants. Prise des chambres pour 14h on est arrivés un peu avant 13h, on demande au réceptionniste si possibilité de faire le Check in et sans un appel au service d’étage sa réponse fut ferme : NON c’est 14h …. Je lui demande si alors on peut se stationner sur le parking ( que j’avais réservé en amont ) et la, même réponse : NON c’est 14h…. C’était dimanche jour de la déferlante tempête sur les baléares .. nous avions roulés près de 2h sous des trombes d’eau à environ 20kms/h , nous étions épuisés et le réceptionniste fit des plus désagréable ! Mais ce fut le seul ; le reste du personnel est gentil et serviable. La piscine est très petite. Maintenant autre point noir en plus de l’insonorisation la propreté : de la poussière en veux tu en voila .. une personne allergique dans l’appartement et c’était la cata …, A notre arrivée à 14h , appartement réservé pour 4 et préparé pour 2 ! Par contre départ jusqu’à 11h et là on est partis à 9:30… là ça pose aucun problème ; à force de ne marcher que dans un sens , le client ne reviendra pas. Nous connaissons pas mal de coin sur l’île et nous ne reviendrons pas au Ponent c’est certain . Dommage c’est pas souvent que l’on est si négatif mais la ….

The scenery of the hotel is unparalleled! Located on the cliff, the independent parasol position allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery
The hygienic condition of the hotel is average, the toiletries are very difficult to use, the towels are dirty and old, the quilt is not clean, and dried bugs can be seen. The quilt may be damp at the beach, and there are no slippers or toiletries. Please bring your own disposable toiletries. Otherwise there will be a charge
The breakfast is great, with many varieties and quite delicious
The service staff has a very good attitude.

GGuest UserGreat hotel! People were very kind and the room was cleaned. Parking area is also big enough. Through the gate you can go to the beach easily. Especially Breakfast was great! It also has good path for walking and the reception area was also very cozy. But since it was old building, they did not have many electrical cords. If you bring many electronics, you better bring a mulit-outlet to charge.

We used the pool, the spa and even played tennis. It’s an excellent option if you’re looking to get away from the buzz of Palma and have a relaxing stay in Mallorca.
The staff were very friendly and always helpful with questions. Would definitely recommend anybody looking for a stay outside of Palma.

The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing and everyone was so kind and helpful. I can imagine to spend there couple days with extra person and do nothing and only relax.

I’m sorry if I will give three for the cleanliness, it was based on my experience but maybe once you try it you won’t experience what I experienced. But this hotel is beautiful but I think for summer time it doesn’t deserve the price they offer. Amenities is perfect because they have some saunas and some other stuff if ever the weather will be unpredictable and thats a big deal that I like with the hotel.

GGuest UserWhat a fantastic holiday to celebrate my 40th birthday. This hotel is right up in the mountains of Mallorca, the journey from the airport took around 1 hour in a taxi. We were greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming and got us signed in very quickly being around midnight we just wanted bed. Room spotless, spacious and the sea view was fantastic. No UK television channels however, not that we were here to watch tv but nice to have when getting ready etc. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing, we spent quite some time at the lower deck where there is a small jacuzzi type pool. Very relaxing. The bar staff were very attentive and would bring drinks out to us during the day. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh breads (and a toaster), fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurts, hot foods inc bacon, sausages and eggs. A coffee machine and fresh juices. Faultless!! We used the indoor spa facilities and had a back massage… fantastic and very reasonable at €45. Would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday, probably wouldn’t bring our kids to somewhere like this as they’d probably be bored. Outside the hotel are a few restaurants in walking distance, a small shop with very small stock and a pharmacy. Perfect 4 day break as a couple, thoroughly enjoyed and going home feeling very relaxed.

MMENGYUANI have always liked the brand melia. So if there is a melia hotel, they will always choose melia. This time there were some problems when placing an order on Ctrip, but fortunately it was resolved. Let's talk about the hotel again, the hotel has a name called the level, knock on the blackboard! When you stay at the Melia Hotel, if you have the level, you must not miss it, even if it is a bit more expensive. As far as I know, both menorca and Mallorca's melia are available. With this service, enjoy a specific pool and breakfast area. There is also afternoon tea and various cocktails. It's really out of the universe. The design of the hotel also likes it very much, the simple white color, the aunty cleans the hygiene every day. The only drawback, perhaps an advantage for others, is that there is a nikki beach bar next to it. It is said to be the hottest bar in the area. There will always be a lot of people at outdoor parties in the afternoon. I am personally noisy, and I am too old to be able to play

GGuest UserWe haven't been to this hotel for a while and it was nice to see it has been refurbished recently. As before, to location is perfect for Magaluf or Palmanova. Price was also competative for the location and quality. Overall, our stay was pleasant, everything was clean and we would consider staying there in the future. As other reviewers have correctly said, the refurbishment hasn't included the airconditioning. Even though the room has a thermostats which you can set, in reality things are set by the hotel so expect a full day of running until the temprature gets down to a normal temprature. You can't go lower than about 25 degress in reality. The rooms now contain updated safes, but unfortunately there is a surcharge of 3 Euro per day to use this. Nearly every room has a fantastic sea view and has a balcony with sun throughout the day. Those who prefer the shade, may want to consider a different hotel for this reason. Talking of surcharges, in the resturant you will be charged for even water. To make matters worse, you are disturbed and reminded of this 3 times during you meal. The first time is to ask what you want to drink, the second to pour your drink and then a third to pay for the drink. Surely there has got to be a less annoying what to do this for both customers and staff? As others have mentioned, it would be good if the hotel focussed on reducing the amount of salt in there food. The staff work really hard in this hotel, and our room was serviced every single day. Reception staff were always helpful and staff in the resturant were fast to attend.

GGuest UserThe apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.
