The rooms and general hotel surroundings were very clean, tidy, and heart-warming! Several members of my family and myself booked several rooms in preparation for my wedding day last 15 March. The whole experience was made more special by the very warm and friendly staff who greeted and congratulated us on my big day. I certainly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Soller and the nearby towns in Palma. It made my special day more enjoyable!

What a fantastic holiday to celebrate my 40th birthday. This hotel is right up in the mountains of Mallorca, the journey from the airport took around 1 hour in a taxi. We were greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming and got us signed in very quickly being around midnight we just wanted bed. Room spotless, spacious and the sea view was fantastic. No UK television channels however, not that we were here to watch tv but nice to have when getting ready etc. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing, we spent quite some time at the lower deck where there is a small jacuzzi type pool. Very relaxing. The bar staff were very attentive and would bring drinks out to us during the day. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh breads (and a toaster), fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurts, hot foods inc bacon, sausages and eggs. A coffee machine and fresh juices. Faultless!! We used the indoor spa facilities and had a back massage… fantastic and very reasonable at €45. Would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday, probably wouldn’t bring our kids to somewhere like this as they’d probably be bored. Outside the hotel are a few restaurants in walking distance, a small shop with very small stock and a pharmacy. Perfect 4 day break as a couple, thoroughly enjoyed and going home feeling very relaxed.

First time staying here (as we wanted a change/to try a different hotel) and our experience was very stressful. We arrived at our hotel and got put in a room where the shower would flood the bathroom, the lights did not work/flicker and the air con did not work properly. This was uncomfortable in the 28/30 degree heat. We reported this to a lady on the reception who was very dismissive and rude. She did not help at all. I spoke to another member of staff who was very helpful, he came up to the room and tried to sort things for us. He said he would send maintenance to the room the next day. He explained they were fully booked otherwise they would have moved us room. At one point they explained they would swap the faulty room for new guests that were arriving so it would be someone else’s problem which is awful... There was no improvement over our 5 day stay which was very disappointing, whilst I completely appreciate they were fully booked, the rude staff on reception each morning made it completely worse. The food and pool area was good, fresh towels and a nice area to sun bathe although due to the issues with the room and staff, I wouldn’t stay here again.

We have just returned from a self catering holiday at this Hotel and found the facilities badly lacking. First of all the location is not what we expected. Supposed to have a sea view but that was restricted due to large trees right in front of most of the balcony. The shoreline contained a lot of litter. Self catering was difficult not even a teapot or sufficient cooking equipment. No oven so that obviously curtailed certain dishes. Be aware that whilst there are plenty of supermarkets they do not stock basics such as cereals or eggs. There is an Aldi some considerable distance away that we were able to use. Our TV didn’t work and a visit from an engineer sorted it until we switched it off and then it wouldn’t work again. We reported it only to be told we would have to change rooms. I eventually managed to get it working as it was tuned in to England rather than Spain. The location of the hotel is up a steep hill so anyone with walking problems would find it difficult to negotiate Especially if carrying groceries. We didn’t use any of the hotels facilities preferring to eat in the apartment despite the inadequate facilities. After all we had booked a self catering holiday !The beach is lovely quite busy with safe bathing. Good bus services to other areas. Use your debit card for a considerable discount. Would we stay there again probably not. Obviously whoever is in charge hadn’t thought it through. This was not a cheap holiday , the flight and room was in excess of £2500. We expected something better having been in Portugal earlier in the year for almost half the price. Sour grapes hardly. Just a warning to would be travellers.

The location of the hotel is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the facilities are simple and economical. 🚗 Traffic: Easy parking and suitable for self-driving.

For many years, our favorite holiday destination has been Cupidor. We have been coming here for many years because the family that owns the hotel goes out of their way to make your holiday truly unforgettable. The kitchen, which is presented in the hotel is beyond praise, exactly the same as the location. Very close to the sea and ennobled with excellent green area. In turn, we can advise everyone who comes to Mallorca exactly Cupidor, because of all the places in Mallorca, it is this place that has sunk into our souls with its charm and wonderful conditions.

We chose this hotel from a combination of reviews and the choice of suites. We were very pleased with our room especially after upgrading it. We always choose bed and breakfast as we prefer trying different local restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and varied a bit crowded and if you wanted to sit outside you had to queue most mornings. My dislike in many hotels is the lack of hot plates and there are none here also the hot dishes weren’t really hot so pretty cold by the time you came to sit down and eat !! Tried room service one evening and pizza was reasonable, we understand the food has to get to you but the burger and fries were cold. Didn’t try again. Our room was super and our ‘lady Fati’ was really lovely and cleaned thoroughly.
