Excelente atendimento e serviço. Hotel muito organizado, refeições são ótimas, programação diferenciada, equipe de monitores para crianças e até atividades para adultos. Área de lazer com piscinas, academia, sauna, quadras, opções para todas as idades, além de muita área verde.

TV lenta qdo se usa appps- provavelmente internet não comporta o volume de hóspedes e não tem roteador suficiente Piscinas sujas Comida razoável- almoço e jantar Cafe da manhã e lanche da tarde um pouco melhor. Funcionários simpáticos, amáveis e tratam os hóspedes muito bem! O SPA com a Clarice é muito.bom. Mas a experiência do spa com outros profissionais não foi boa. Nota 6,5 para o hotel! Uma pena pq q estrutura é boa e bonita. Falta de cuidado pelos administradores.

Boa localização e bons quartos, mas o serviço e a manutenção deixam muito a desejar. Não seguem o quadro de recreação adulta, a manutenção do quarto nao apareceu (cortina com black out quebrado), sauna fétida e a seca estava fria; piscina com aquecimento somente quando querem, fecharam o bar no dia 25 as 17h, mesmo com mais de 50 pessoas na piscina, etc. Não fornecem sequer água.

Hotel ótimo. Comodidade do quarto com cama king size, tv, frigobar com água de cortezia. Funcionários atenciosos. Área de lazer com piscina aberta e climatizada, piscina interna aquecida. Foi uma ótima estadia. Recomendo.
