Wer Lust hat, sich vom Pool Boy zwingen zu lassen in seinem Urlaub eine Badekappe zu tragen, ist in diesem Hotel genau richtig! Das letzte Mal, dass ich eine Badekappe getragen habe, war Ende 1969. Für mein empfinden ist diese Badekappenpflicht völlig unzeitgemäß und unangebracht, zumal ich so oder so nicht tauchen möchte und die Haare gar nicht mit Wasser in Berührung kommen. Der Rest des Hotels ist typisch Ischia , aber nächstes Mal geht’s für uns wieder ins Apollon!

Il Borgo Romantica si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Sant’Angelo. La struttura è imponente ed offre molti servizi dai massaggi, al ristorante (molto buono), giochi, escursioni, servizio navetta gratuito (che non abbiamo usufruito perché preferito il taxi). Camere carine e pulite da cui è possibile godere un bellissimo panorama. Colazione ottima, ricca di pietanze dolci e salate! Abbiamo avuto un problema con le camere che prontamente il personale ha risolto cambiando camera seppur tarda serata. Il pianobar rallegra gli ospiti e la cucina è davvero ottima. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di manutenzione in più ma tutto sommato non è male. Certamente il surplus di questa struttura è il personale che per gentilezza, disponibilità e competenza fa la differenza. Tutti sorridenti, pronti e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti e a risolvere gli imprevisti con tempestività ed educazione. La consiglio!

Struttura molto accogliente soprattutto per i sigg.ri Nello, Francesco e Gianluca che ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire a casa. Delle persone davvero squisite che con professionalità e garbo hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto. Prodotti freschi hanno reso il cibo buono.

Siamo tornate per 4 notti dopo due anni e l’accoglienza è stata sempre impeccabile. Ci hanno coccolate e fatto sentire a casa in un luogo incantevole. La gentilezza di tutto il personale, soprattutto del Maitre che ci ha trattato come persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto dimenticare completamente qualche piccolo inconveniente prontamente segnalato, dovuto soprattutto alla mancanza di educazione di qualche gruppo di persone. La struttura Pet friendly al 100% e la nostra cagnolona Fiona è stata benissimo, coccolata da tutti indistintamente. Grazie a tutti e arrivederci a presto.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con una amica la settimana prima della chiusura al termine della stagione e devo dire che ci siamo trovate benissimo e siamo state davvero coccolate dallo staff. Stefania simpatica e premurosa ci ha consigliato escursioni e ristoranti e il pulmino dell’hotel ci ha portato a Sant’Angelo. Dall’hotel si arriva anche agevolmente a piedi. Il parco termale è fronte mare ed è curato, con numerose vasche interne ed esterne, ma privo di getti e lettini di idromassaggio (c’è solo una piccola vasca da 4 persone con un debole idromassaggio) e dispone di un piccolo punto ristoro con insalate eccellenti. La camera aveva la vista su sant’angelo ed era ben pulita, con cassaforte, tuttavia stile anni 80 e ancora non ristrutturata. Notevole anche il ristorante dell’hotel con vista mare, con musica dal vivo e ottimo pesce, sapientemente consigliato dal caposala Davide. La colazione, sia salata che dolce, è ricca e variegata con torte e brioche fatte in casa e si può mangiare fuori nella terrazza antistante. Unica pecca il caffè è quello della macchinetta. L’hotel organizza il transfer direttamente dalla stazione di Napoli e viceversa.

Mi sono trovata bene molto pulito in tutta la struttura molto gentili e cordiali tutti dello staff .complimenti allo chef e cuochi ottimo il menù ,è vario il ristorante . È stata una bella vacanza grazie ai proprietari Gino Carolina e tutta la famiglia tornerò sicuramente in futuro

Sono anni che abbiamo il piacere di soggiornare alla "Romantica" in particolare quest'anno abbiamo constatato un ulteriore miglioramento della cucina, già molto buona, e migliorata sia qualitativamente che dal punto della varietà dei piatti. Il servizio in sala è impeccabile e il personale fa di tutto per accontentare anche i più esigenti. La cura del verde e degli arredi, fa della struttura, un vero paradiso.
